Janet and the rest of the team were super accommodating for the Ironman 70.3 Eagleman in Maryland! We had some issues with the hotel which was unrelated to them, but thankfully it was early enough the first day and they went above & beyond to coordinate with another hotel to make it work. They also were great with transportation and scheduling, and interactions with them were always the best.
Top-notch experience, highly recommend!

I was very happy choosing Nirvana to support me with the Swiss 70.3 Ironman.
As you know a company is only as good as its people. And I can not say enough about your team you sent to Switzerland this past weekend.

Fernanda was fabulous, she went above and beyond what I could ever have expected. She was available at any time by phone to answer any questions, she ensured that after the Race Site Familiarization set up for Saturday, no question went unanswered, the tour she set up was perfect. But I must say, there is one point I will never forget and that is the end of the race, I was the last one in, past the cut off. I had a foot issue like I have never had before, it seems I strained my foot, which stopped me from running after 2 km. I simply could not bend my ankle or put pressure on it without extreme pain. Back to my point and admiration of Nirvana for having top tier employees like Fernanda. Fernanda, stayed to the end to ensure I was accounted for, filmed my finish, and had my bike and bag from transition ready for me if I chose to take it. She saw I was not doing well and retrieved medical aid to check on me.

Secondly, I need to say how happy I was with Dave the bike mechanic. Dave went over my bike from start to finish. He found a bolt that may have caused problems on this race. He said it may have been ok, but he replaced it anyways. Then Dave went on to advise me of issues I may have with my cables in the future. They were fine now, and for some time, but he brought it to my attention to be aware of. I was very fortunate to have him take the time to not just look at the bike, but to examine the bike and advise me of what could potentially be a problem in the future.

Thirdly, I was very happy to meet Ray the driver. He was there whenever he was needed. He was very helpful with arranging and making sure the transportation issues were handled. He always had time to talk and to ensure all my needs were met.

I was lucky to have had the opportunity of meeting Fernanda, Dave and Ray, they are truly good people. I just wanted to express my deep gratitude for the excellent service I experienced using Nirvana.

Nirvana provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to using Nirvana services again.

Rob, Diogo and Brendan provided first class service all weekend. With split transitions and no hotel in the race village where the race ended, Rob had his work cut out all weekend shuttling athletes from the airport and then up and down between T1/T2 and the hotel, including fitting bikes in the van, but he found a way to make it all work and get parked and around the road closures so that we were all happy. He also didn't mind staying later than planned when my bike needed a last minute mechanical check up and this delayed our bike check in - we even stayed later to have a practice swim in the lake the night before the race and this was on his birthday and he was just thinking of athletes above anything else. Special shout out to Bren too who helped with a mechanical issue, but also got first into transition on race morning to check it had worked ok and the bike was fine to race, it really put my mind at ease as soon as i saw him and i really appreciated his concern. The full team of the 3 of them were great fun and delivered top class service all weekend!

Diogo, Rob and his team were available for us right from the start. Around the clock via WhatsApp, for example. They allayed our fears, explained the process, took us from the hotel to the race and picked up our bike again after the race. It was very relieving not to have to stand in line. We were allowed to pass everywhere. When hundreds of athletes mobbed the stairs to the swim start, Diogo brought me to the edge of the start. I was then able to decide for myself when to swim. As a result, the course and transition area were also emptier.

I am infinitely grateful and we were treated with a lot of patience, safety and humour. I will never take part in a triathlon again without Nirvana. I don't think I would have finished so well without Nirvana.

Great experience with the Nirvana team. Entirely accommodating pre, intra and post race. Communication was fantastic and always felt comfortable with where I needed to go / what to do to have a great race day experience.

The team at alcudia 70.3 were extremely friendly and couldn't of done anymore to help myself and my group with our bikes, logistics and just general knowledge around the event.

Great experience with Nirvana. Elliot and the team were very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The race orientation was particularly helpful, but the bike tune up, priority queuing also fantastic.

Definitely will use again:) I will admit I never thought I would use the Nirvana service but going to Oceanside for both a conference and the race without my husband coming for support I figured I would use them to make things easier for me pre and post race. What surprised me most was the personalization. They not only provided the support they listed on their website but just seemed to genuinely care that I was ok and ready to race. They made sure they could communicate with me to coordinate getting my gear back from the race. The rack near exit and not being so crowded was sooo nice given it was such a big race. Just took some of the stress out of the equation. Having the mechanic who was really friendly was also great. There were so many other perks but most of all the Nirvana team just cared. They didn’t have the big company feel I expected but rather a small family owned business that takes pride in the service they provide. Thanks to all of the team.

I've done my best triathlon race ever and I owe part of the age group podium to all logistics and support done by Nirvana. I was 100% focused on the Oceanside 70.3 race because of Matt and his team. See you on the next races and world championship in Taupo

This was the first time I used the Nirvana service. Wow, it was great. Its sort of similar to bringing a partner with you who is going to help you with your gear and food and logistics. But Nirvana is far cheaper than that, and definitely not grumpy! You also don't feel like you're having to entertain and placate a child half the time!

Loved loved loved the team. Ivy, the bike mechanic was all over Mt bike issues and also helped me pump my tyres on the morning of the race. (She was also out on the run course late at night to cheer me home.)

Tom Lavender was faultless. Having him pick up my bike and gear and take all that plus me back to my hotel was worth its weight in gold.

I would definitely use again particularly in international events. Highly recommend.

Lies and misinformation when it comes to offering full travel packages for UTMB events. I was told on several occasions that full event packages are coming, but they never did !!

They offer accommodation only which you can book on any travel website so why would you need their services for that.

Only giving one star as I have to

Even though I suffered an injury over a month out from the event, Nirvana refused to refund any of my hotel and event registration. Out over $1800 dollars. I’ll never book their services again!

Used Nirvana for Ironman Copenhagen - my first Ironman and I could not recommend them enough! Chris and the team were great and answered every question possible and assisted wherever needed

I used the coach from Darlington and the pre/post race hospitality package for the 2023 Great North Run. For me, it ticked all the boxes and the hot shower at the end was particularly good. A nice relaxing package which made the day for me. The only blip on the day was getting stuck trying to leave South Shields due to the flash flooding, but that was outside anyone’s control. Thanks Nirvana.

Stayed at Nirvana for the Great North run and was disappointed from start to finish. No cooked breakfast available in the morning and whilst i didn't want it my husband who was spectating would have liked something cooked. The booking confirmation did not state it was only a continental breakfast.
The hospitality at the finish line was awful, after walking a mile to the leisure centre, passing loads of food places provided hot food and hot drinks, we were greeted by coffee and tea in flasks that was nearly cold and sandwiches that were nothing more than something out of a machine. I am Gluten Free and my son has a nut allergy and despite telling them twice regarding our allergies there was nothing separate provided which was so disappointing. The service, even with access to the leisure centre showers for me was not worth £19 each.

Set your mind at ease.
Preparing for an IronMan, specially for your first one - is stressfull to say the least.
Nirvana was a great way to rid myself off some of the "what if's". Having a dedicated support team and a mechanic at the hotel, having a shuttle to T1 on race-morning - having a nice placement for my bike in T1. All that combined with the general service attitude of the Nirvana staff really helped lower some of my pre-race nerves. Felt I was in really good hands.

I decided to take up the Nirvana Hotel and Athlete package as this was my first IM full distance event. I cannot praise the Nirvana team (Chris, Sergio & Rob) enough. They were professional, friendly and helpful. More specifically they took all of the stress out of things like checking my bike after I had rebuilt it, transfers to the race start. I actually think the 'service' which Nirvana provides is somewhat undersold on the IM website.

Had such a lovely experience whilst travelling with Nirvana Europe in Menen, Belgium. Special mention to Sean, Matt, Elliott, and Ray who went out of their way to help my friend and I with anything we needed. Their organisational skills, kindness and friendliness certainly didn’t go unnoticed and would highly recommend Nirvana for any athletes looking to travel to a sporting event:)
