NMC Estate Agents Ltd Avaliações

NMC agents are professional and friendly. looking after both tennant's and landlord's interests. Been wth them for 7 years, thank you for everything.

Avi was exceptional to deal with, very communicative, organised and lovely! He helped us to have a very smooth move in process and made every stage very clear. My flatemate and I were both very impressed and pleased with the service from Avi and the team.

Great service, transparency and communication. We worked with Kerrin and Nairn while renting a property they were managing and it was always easy to get in contact with them and to get anything resolved. Highly recommend them as a tenant or landlord.

NMC have managed a flat let for us in London for about 3 years and we have found Nairn and Kerrin to be really great managing agents for property ..... professional, hands-on and have line-up of good professionals such as plumbers, electricians, heating engineers. Always available and very professional interaction with tenants and ourselves as landlords. Responsive and don't get phased by any event. We would highly recommend to any landlord !

I was a tenant with NMC for just over 8 years and received fantastic service throughout that whole time from Kerrin and Nairn. They made life so much easier by being responsive, friendly and supportive. Issues were dealt with quickly and communication was excellent.
Really refreshing to be looked after so well and would highly recommend.

NMC have been excellent estate agents over the last 5 years, being quick to deal with any issues we had. We rented a great flat and only ended the tenancy as we were leaving the area.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to both of you. Since becoming tenants in 2019, you've handled any issues I've encountered quickly and effectively, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. Having had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, working with you was a refreshing change. You were genuinely caring, and I truly appreciate that. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased our own house, which is the only reason we're saying goodbye to NMC after 4 years. Having rented properties for more than 30 years both in Australia and London, I can say without a doubt that Nairn and Kerrin are the best agents I've ever rented through. The owners of the property were also fantastic, anything needing repair or replacement was authorised really quickly and the work done. I hope the next people are great tenants and appreciate how good they have it! Thanks Nairn and Kerrin, keep up the amazing work :)

We recently rented a property with NMC on a short-term let. Kerrin and Nairn were professional, friendly and efficient throughout the time we were with them. They always replied to emails in a timely fashion and were supportive and helpful during both the moving in and moving out process. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent in the area.

Kerrin and Nairn made renting out our house straightforward and as stress-free as it could be. They found us lovely tenants very quickly, maintained good communication with us, and have an excellent network of local service providers for maintenance/repairs, who work to a high standard at competitive rates, so we didn't need to worry about house maintenance. They have years of experience with renting properties and are honest and helpful with their advice. Thank you Kerrin and Nairn!

I have been with NMC for many years. I swapped over becaue the previous managing agent became to big and disinterested, they lacked the human touch they once had.

With NMC I found exactly what I needed as a landlord. Real people to speak to, honesty and transparency.

I have now sold my house, but I recommend their services to anyone looking for honest open and reliable managing agents.

Absolutely fantastic management agents. Quick to solve problems and a great team of helpful and kind professionals. Would highly recommend Nairn and his team, it’s a lovely feeling to know that no matter the problem it’s not too big or small and it will be sorted.

Great Estate Agents! If we ever had a problem during our tenancy, they provided quick response and support. We experienced no challenges whilst at the property and they provided great guidance to help us set up everything at the start of the tenancy and at the end. Would definitely recommend.

We were happy with service provided by NMC Estate Agents. Our tenancy went smoothly and maintenance matters dealt with efficiently. Would recommend to landlords and tenants alike.

I must say that NMC Agency has been great to deal with from the start and during my tenancy. Kerrin and Nairn have been responsive, informative, friendly and whoever came to fix something in the house, were professionals and really friendly guys too. We never waited long for something to be fixed and if there was a time, we were informed regularly as what the reasons are. Highly recommend and thank you!

Prompt, friendly and efficient! NMC where a pleasure to work with and made, what is usually quite a painful process, very easy and straightforward without the usual hassle. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

NMC Estate Agents are a family run business who you can trust. They are open and transparent and listen to your feedback. Contact is quick when required. I would recommend them if you would like to rent a property and, if required, in the future would try and use them again myself.

We have been renting through NMC for 3.5 years. They have been amazing agents to work with. They always respond promptly and have sorted any issues. Communication has been great throughout the tenancy. Thanks!

We were tenants with NMC for 2.5 years, and only ever had a positive experience.

Kerrin & Nairn were friendly and responsive throughout.

They sorted out any issues or queries very quickly, and always to a high standard.

The best letting agency we have ever been with!

Ashley & Rosie.

Nairn and Kerrin were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues we raised with the house we were renting.
