Once I got to the proofing process, the team did OK, but getting any intel before that time was impossible. The first proof was needlessly vectorized, which was alarming, although ultimately I'm hoping printing will be fine.

such an easy and fun design process! the fact that there is a designer on the other side of the screen who is able to catch little detail oriented edits meant the world. i love the quality and my order got here super fast. looking forward to future orders :-)

Ordering cups. Service was good. Design production team make some edits to the design that were not approved. Server person helped me sort it out.

I absolutely love my new branded tissue paper. It’s been on my wish list for many years and finally I was able to order it. The process was easy and the colour match was pretty spot on.
The only thing I found disappointing was the stamp I ordered. It hasn’t been cut well and when inked, it leaves the edges of the rectangle stamp as well as my logo. Plus I was expecting my logo to appear a bit bigger than what it is.
