Needed some arm pockets for a race quite urgently, emailed nopinz and they sew a pair up for me and sent them out on next day delivery. Very very happy with their customer service and willingness to help out a customer, thank you Tori for your efforts

It's nice kit, that fits well but it doesn't last, which is very disappointing considering the price. I have a jersey, bib shorts and a skin suit. Some stitching coming apart and all have lost the silicone grippers on the arms and legs within 2 years and I don't wear them very often, I reserve this kit just for racing. I have cheaper kit from other brands that is older and in better condition. Nopinz kit just not very robust. Customer service response was 'it's out of warranty, if you send it to us we'll repair for £25 per item plus postage.' Whilst I understand that, this doesn't feel like reasonable wear and tear, I have worn the skinsuit no more than 30 times. They also keep saying my kit is over 2 and a half years old when it isn’t, and I have told them this several times. I received the kit in July 2022, it is now Sep 2024 and the grips started coming off last year and several were completely gone early this season. I have also made clear that I am not asking for an indefinite warranty, rather that kit wearing out in under 2 years when not heavily used is pretty poor.

I am international customer and time difference should take bit more time. BUT, the designer prompt proposal and design just take three days to finalized. If you are looking for custom, this is something you cannot ignore.

I had a very helpful chat over the phone to help select my correct size of jersey. I waited anxiously for the delivery but shouldn't have worried. The jersey is just perfect - the nicest I have worn. The fabrics are such that it feels like a second skin. A delighted customer!

I ordered a TT suit for the world Championships in my national colours. Process was fine. However problems occurred with the parcel service as they stopped to deliver after one try were I was not at home. I was not able
to get to the support of the parcel service and they wrote that I would go back to nopinz. I asked Nopinz for help and they solved the problem on same day. That is a superb customer support. Thank you very much!

Who is "I"?
I am a bike and bike-tech enthusiast, that has been working in the industry for over seven years (bikes, not apparel). I do not compete on any mentionable level. I just enjoy high quality, sometimes niche, kit and gear.

What did "I" get?
I have bought a PRO 1 EVO RR and a PRO 1 EVO Gravel Suite with "of the shelve" size L cut and custom design (same design for both).

Whilst it took a bit of time for my order until the suites arrived, the expected wait was communicated clearly and realistically from day one. The updates on my orders status were also very well timed (not spammy) and kept me informed on what was going on.

The design process was an absolute blast. "M" (I do not want to publish names without consent) was super enthusiastic and seemed genuinely thrilled to turn the better half of a fever dream into an absolute banger of a skin suite design. To give you a rough idea: The design was named "Psychedelic Dinosaurs", and includes plenty a plethora of colours and shapes, has an organ donor monogram on the legs and scenes from the Google Chrome offline game on the gripper part of the legs.
"M" was extremely supportive, quick to iterate any critiques I had and once the process kicked off, things moved super quickly.
Considering that this was a one off production of a completely from scratch custom artwork, no minimum order quantities, or "Nah, we basically just do red stripes on black jerseys, but you can choose how thick the stripe should be" shenanigans, the entire order, design and production process was super fast.

It looks amazing, we get it. Is the stuff any good though?
These are my first skin suites, so I can only compare them to bibs and jersey combos.
Whilst I do not have the equipment to measure any marginal (or maximal) gains, I can comment on the comfort and feel.
Feels great and is really comfortable.
I might be alone with this problem, but with separate jerseys I am constantly shifting them around with my hands, as the heavier pocket inevitably slides around my waist. With the suite everything sits perfectly and I do not have to think about my jerseys position on my body at all.

The size recommendation for the non-custom size L also worked very well for me (184 cm 78-ish kg). With most other brands I am usually a bibs in L, jersey in M guy, the Nopinz recommendation stuck me pretty much bang in the middle of the size L range and it fits me really well. Everything sits tight enough to not flap about in the wind, whilst not restricting blood flow.

These were certainly not the last pieces I have ordered from Nopinz.

I highly recommend this company, as they offer superb customer service. The product I ordered unfortunately had a faulty zip, but they were very accommodating and they replaced the item quickly for me. They kept me well informed and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I received my Pro-1 Evo gravel suit yesterday, Super quick delivery from Devon to the North of Scotland, thank you. I couldn't wait to try it out, first outing today and I just want to say WOW what a fantastic bit of kit, it is really comfortable and fits like a glove, the rear pockets are nice and deep and the leg pockets are very handy, I went for the purple suit and I absolutely love the purple and navy short colour mix, The purple really pops. I don't have any scientific proof yet apart from your testing but it certainly feels fast!!
Easily, hands down my most favourite piece of cycle clothing already, so much so I can't wait to pull it on again. Thanks once again, Keep up the good work.

Excelent and very profesional service and product quality

Superb response to a problem I had with a NoPinz skinsuit. They put in a new zip in double quick time, under warranty and with no fuss.

I have purchased many NoPinz products over the years and quality is excellent. This was the one and only time there was an issue and the level of service to resolve it cannot be faulted.

Service is top drawer.
I made a novice error on my order, ended up asking numerous questions via email, returning my first purchase, and getting a different one.
