Huntingdon Armed Forces Weekend
David Mardle was amazing. I asked if I could hire a van for the long weekend, for the Huntingdon Armed Forces Weekend, David suggested leaving that request with him so that he could speak to the management. Due to one of the management being a veteran, Northgate Vehicle Hire - Huntingdon became one of our sponsors. Thank you for everything you did, to help make the volunteers happy. We would not have been able to collect the gazebos, tables and chairs that were needed to provide shade for the vulnerable and the veterans.
I would total recommend your company as the service we received during the entire weekend as so professional

I had a really great experience with David at Northgate Vehicle Hire. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before leaving.
David went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and it really made a difference. It’s rare to find someone so approachable and efficient at the same time.

Consistently good experience
Went in for a major service. Decided to wait. Dave on reception was friendly and polite as always. Offered me a drink and made conversation when it was possible.
They was descriptive with what they was doing on the service and what was required and wasn’t waiting to long.

Easy to get the vehicle booked with David in front desk. Went to pick up the car and Dan made everything easy and straight forward. Both gave great service - quick, easy and friendly. Recommend highly!
