What great experience went into my local Northgate to book my hire van in to have slow puncture repair. Reception team and Jordan the engineer arranged for the repair to be done straight away.... Ver mais

Was quick and simple to drop off the hired van. We even got given some free coffees while the van was checked over. Jo on reception was especially friendly and helpful when we arrived

Arrived at Northgate for my 08:00…
Arrived at Northgate for my 08:00 appointment, was welcomed in the office by the helpful staff member, Emma. I was advised that there wasn’t an hire van available but this wasn’t a problem as I was advised they’d get my van into the workshop promptly as a waiting appointment. Ricky the technician completed the service in efficient time. Top service all round by all staff included.

I cannot fault the service I received today. Emma the service assistant was incredibly friendly, my van fault was dealt with in a fast and efficient way, and the communication I got from start to finish was perfect.
