What great experience went into my local Northgate to book my hire van in to have slow puncture repair. Reception team and Jordan the engineer arranged for the repair to be done straight away.... Ver mais

Dropped our company hire vehicle in for multiple tyres to be changed. Ricky left the task he was currently carrying out to carry out the work on our vehicle as we needed it back asap. He was happy to help and got straight on with the job in hand. Legend.

Response to a van that broke down
When arriving at the front desk. We were met by Martin with a pleasant greeting. After explaining our situation after our van broke down. He swiftly assisted us with acquiring a new van that met our needs. Martins efforts showed us that he is an experienced asset to northgate and been greeted by him at the front desk gave a calming demeanour to a stressful situation.

Very helpful young man when we messed…
Very helpful young man when we messed the booking up Martin was on hand to sort this for us no problems at all . Even assisted us with a warm drink while we waited for our van to be cleaned ready . 5*
