customer service is lacking
I like their products, but customer service is lacking.
I had placed a large order, and after several months multiple items never arrived. I was given a store credit rather than a refund. However my store credit can only be applied as a discount code, and the person I dealt with is unable to acknowledge that discount codes and store credit are two separate things. I should not have to choose between using my store credit vs site-wide discounts that everyone else has available to them.
It's been weeks of emailing back and forth with no progress. Hopefully if you make an order, you'll receive it. If you don't, hopefully you'll get a refund rather than store credit. Otherwise say goodbye to the sweet deals that made you want to order items in the first place.
Also, don't be mislead by the reviews on their site. They're all 4 stars plus, but there seems to be no way of adding your own review which might be less favourable.

Bought leather bracelets kit. Shipping delays were fine. Loved the looks but after I wore them 4-5 times 2 of them broke so I am very disappointed overall
