So this is my 3rd Honda since my dream begun. There were some bumps in the behaviour of some of the staff. In my opinion who works with public all his life, there has to be a training plan 😆 Anything else absolutely brilliant. Huge shout to my long time advisor and friend Frankie!

Found my perfect bike here, had some excellent communication from Daniel including some great photos detailing documentation and condition.
Arranged collection once it had been through the workshop and was made to feel welcome on site.
Smooth and pleasant transaction, would highly recommend.

I bought a 2 year old used Triumph 660 Trident on 3rd May. The salesman, Daniel was helpful and professional, and I thought it was a good deal. They even gave me a full tank of fuel,ball good so far. En route home (120 miles) and intermittently afterwards, I was getting an ABS warning. Visiting a Triumph dealer, I was told the front ABS ring was distorted / bent and it was not covered by the manufacturers warranty (still under 2 yrs old). I had not done this so I contacted Chiswick Honda and my email concerning it was given to the service dept. The bike was sold to me with this fault. I have received a stoney silence for well over 2 weeks. I have bought a used front ABS ring from eBay and will have it replaced locally. A 240 mile round trip for this wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend buying a used bike from Honda Chiswick, especially if it's non-franchise, ie another make.

I was interested in a Honda Jazz advertised at Chiswick Honda, but as I live in North London and was unable to drive there, I asked Ravi if he could bring the car to me. Ravi made a video so that I had a good view of the car. He drove the car to me, gave me clear instructions and I test drove the car. My wife and I were very happy with the car and bought it. Throughout Ravi was very considerate, very helpful and professional . It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Everyting is ok,but the people from there is not very cleaver,They told me they would wash the motorcycle.but nothing,the bike was same like how was before,i have to wait to pick up the bike one week for nothing....

Nice and easy buying experience. I did have one slight issue but it was sorted satisfactorily if it took a week or so.

Salesman Rory Brent was very knowledgeable in the product. He continually updated me with the vehicles' progress, after unforeseen delays. He ensured good financing strategy. Overall great service from a great company.

Chiswick Honda still has my car after 9 days delay and I have no information about when or if I will get it back.
I brought the car in for a service under a Honda service plan. I came back at end of day to collect (as agreed) but then told it was delayed. I then waited for home delivery the following week (as agreed) but no car. I’m leaving this review as cannot find a way to contact the service team (no reply to enquiry through website. After phoning and leaving a message, they returned the call only to put me on hold for five minutes then hang up on me).
I had great service from Wimbledon Honda the last few years, and this was first time with Chiswick.
Please return my car! Or at least email me!

Shane who helped us, was very friendly and professional.

I ordered my bike by email and phone call as I lived a long way from the dealership.
I felt confident in Honda Chiswicks reputation.
The whole process went very smoothly indeed.

Friendly and helpful staff in bike service

Slow to call me back and impossible to speak to sales team on numerous occasions when phoning for information or to discuss possible purchase. Salesman Daniel was a lovely knowledgeable young man but terribly difficult to get hold of. Product I bought was as described but workshop also slow to respond. The used motorbike I purchased is great for my needs and I am very pleased even if there are a couple of small issues.. Yes I would buy again from this company but would be easier if I lived closer. Again will point out the salesman Daniel was great when available.👍

Excellent experience dealing with Honda at Chiswick a massive shout out to Chester who was straight forward and honest with me from the get go
He actually managed to get my bike order completed before the expected date he was polite super efficient and professional everything you want when making a large purchase
Honestly if you are looking into purchasing a motorcycle go see the team at Honda Chiswick and ask for Chester you won't regret it, also just to note it isn't only Honda motorcycles on offer at this store they have a massive range from all the leading brands
