I'm very happy with the service provided - There Ragudhas and Elliott McDonald. They're exceptionally helpful and understanding. I truly appreciated the express delivery of my car on my birthday which makes me very delightful. Again, I enjoyed the entire purchasing experience and hopefully this can keep it up.

We were promised delivery on our MG4 EV…
We were promised delivery on our MG4 EV within 4 x weeks, quicker than any other MG distributor we contacted, but it arrived after only 2 x weeks! James Reece the handover specialist gave us an excellent post delivery talk on how to get the best out of the high tech system. All in all we were very satisfied with the service provided by Norton Way Group and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sort out the payment process!
The whole process of requesting information on the car I'd see advertised and arranging/completing the test drive was great. HOWEVER, the actual purchase of the car was made difficult because Norton Way insist that you pay for the car by bank transfer - why?! Just finding a branch that still exists is difficult enough but then you have to wait in said branch for ages to get someone to complete the transfer for you. Before everyone confirms this could be done online the app and online banking weren't working for me. Long story short - Norton Way needs to sort out the chip and pin method of payment!

I bought a new MG 5 in June 2022
I bought a new MG 5 in June 2022. The car has numerous computer and electrical faults . To begin with I thought it was user error but 6 weeks ago I started reporting all these faults to the Chiswick MG dealership I bought my car from . And the result .., nothing. I keep calling and emailing and still nothing . I'm so furious that I just want to return the car now.
