Great products, got 2 alpaca duvets on great offer! warm and light! very prompt response from Lucas! Logistic has been delayed due to high demand during sales period, it took 2 weeks to get the products, could be more efficient in the future!

As most of our items are made to order, it can take a little bit of time to get them producded, especially during periods of high demand like we have recently experienced. I have checked your order, and it was dispatched a couple of days ago so should be arriving with you shortly. We try our best to keep customers informed about these production times, and you will see that most of our products have these stated in bold on their description. We are also in the process of updating our order confirmation emails to help customers even further. Most of the time we are able to keep within these timelines, but when we do face any delays we do our best to try and inform customers of these in a timely manner. Bought a cot size alpaca duvet for my daughter. Very light and warm, some people may not like the noise it makes, but i got used to it very quickly. Just ordered single sizes for both of my other daughters and 4 season alpaca king size for me and my hubby. Thanks!

This company is AWESOME!
This company is AWESOME!! They are very informative and have no problem at all in helping you to decide what product is best for you, I have had a few encounters on the phone with a number of the staff and they all seem to be exactly the same with their product knowledge.
I was very impressed with everyone. I look forward to getting my 3 orders, I just had to keep on purchasing all the lovely products they have, for myself and my three kids.
