The pillow is of a very high quality. I chose the more firmer pillow, (80% goose feather). My last pillow was also feather but not as firm so I am still getting used to it. I am sleeping better though and will continue using it:)

Great duvets that are well made and excellent service. The Dr Duvet service is an excellent and cost-effective way of bringing new life to old divets.

For the price I was dubious but to be honest we are having thee best sleeps and not waking up cold.. I would highly recommend.

Loving the wonderful luxury of my woolen underlay

As expected I had to wait for my Four Seasons Hungarian Goose down duvet to be manufactured & there was a further delay which was explained via email plus a discount token for a future purchase to compensate for this, which was a nice gesture. The finished product is superb and am looking foward to many years of use. Thankyou.

The goose down pillow is outstanding. Easy to order and delivered when they said it would be. Good communication throughout. An expensive product but absolutely value for money.

The purchase process and delivery was straightforward and easy. The cover material is very nice quality and I like that there was no live plucking of birds and that the duvet is made in New Zealand.

But the duvet is not very warm, doesn't seem to loft well and it doesn't seem to be value for money. Last weekend I went to Farmers and bought a Fairydown duvet inner, 80:20 goose down for around $330 (there was a 50% off sale). It is much warmer.

I think that you should send some information with the duvets. Reinforce the good things about your duvets. Tell us how to get the down to loft before use. Tell us how to care for the duvet.

Good website with the description of items on show. Easy to navigate in respect to purchasing an item. Hopefully will get told when Novadown have their sales so can purchase more of their expensive bedding.
