I had an intermittent fault on a TV.
Rang NWAR and spoke to Katie Farina
She was incredibly helpful, contacting me several times and each time getting back to me very quickly.
The only way it could be repaired was to take the TV away and soak-test it .
When I explained that I only had one TV, she contacted an engineer discussed the problem and arranged for a main PCB, to be located before booking an appointment
At all stages she kept me informed as to what was going on.
I can't praise her enough, well done Katie.

Terrible company! They were selected by Domestic and General to repair my coffee machine. The first attempt it wasn't fixed so had to be returned to them.

On the second attempt, they are "waiting for parts" despite them being available on next day delivery to the general public.

Can't even give me an estimated date to return my coffee machine. That's if it gets repaired this time!

NWAR were contracted by Samsung to repair our faulty washing machine. Their engineer installed the wrong component. Samsung and NWAR are blaming one another and both refuse to accept any responsibility.

NWAR are currently refusing to answer my messages.

Booked a repair through AEG who gave me a date of 05/03 and told me the repair would be handled by Pacifica, Pacifica sent me a link to a portal with all the info on, the repair date arrived and the info on the portal changed to say the repair had been passed to NWAR so I waited for my call to let me know my time slot but this did not happen so I phoned the number that had also been added to the portal.
It was answered by a female who told me I did not have a booking, I explained I did and how it came about, her reply was we only got this job last night you do not have a booking and the next date available is the 13/05, her attitude and the way she spoke was not customer service type more like some drunk in a bar wanting to argue, she just put the phone down on me and then sent an SMS which simply said the date of the new booking nothing else.
I would not let this company through my door there attitude stinks

I thought a couple of days about writing this review but felt I had to. I called north west domestics Leyland out to my dishwasher. I’ve never had such a rude arrogant tradesperson in my home. On second visit he took the dishwasher away, leaving my kitchen, lounge and poach with lots of water on the floors. On returning the dishwasher he ragged my kicker board off with a hook and damaged it. Left under my sink wet and under cabinet with a lot of water. Throwing everything under my sink on the floor tops coming off products and spilling. Didnt speak and when asked a question he ignored me. Never met anyone as rude !!!

Engineer was polite and arrived on time.
He had ordered the necessary part to enable the water/ice maker and fitted it.
So far - so good. The first time I tried to get ice from the fridge freezer - the complete lost all power. All food in the freezer lost.
The engineer did call back the next day to inspect. Apparently the computer system (which had worked perfectly till that day) had broken down.
He promised to source the item and give me a price. I can’t see any benefit in paying anything further to this firm.

Was highly sceptical given the fact that my TV was just out of warranty (15 months), however once Elaine from customer services took ownership, she liaised with Samsung to help resolve the problem which she did. Great communication onwards and a speedy quality repair :-)

No wonder why, this company has terrible reviews everywhere. Mr Mohsin Patel, the manager, ignored my communications. I had to request a refund for a job their messy engineer was not able to fix. this company does not have the right skills to resolve issues, are expensive and they unlawfully charged me. their engineer was messy and left my place in a mess. took 3.5 hours to try and fix the issue unsuccessfully. I will take them to court if needed and will come to place another review soon.

Awfully rude and unhelpful staff and management
Arrived with wrong job sheet and no parts to fix Samsung hob.
Lied and said only here for pre repair inspection not to repair
Then closed job with Samsung as successful repair which has put us back to square 1 with regards to being able to cook.
When questioned about the closed job staff member said “ we don’t care, we still get paid for any call out”

What a lovely nice pleasant man who as just been to repair my Samsung fridge freezer kept me well informed on the time window and was very helpful also the customer service were very good when I rang to explain I had a hospital appointment and had to rebook

Original repair date was moved back by one week, so they could make sure to bring the parts they thought they'd need, but i was kept in the loop. Engineer kept me updated during the day about his arrival time. He was very professional and fixed the fault immediately. Great service.

The engineer was very friendly and tidy. He repaired the leaking washing machine door under Samsungs warranty so didn’t cost a thing.

My appliance was under manufacturer’s warranty who made an appointment for NWAR to attend in 2 days. NWAR contacted me to reschedule for a week later. When they attended the engineers identified the fault. He would have to order the parts and asked that I email proof of purchase to his office. I did that the same day. Having heard nothing I contacted them to be told that the manufacturer had closed the job. 4 hours of phone calls established that NWAR has told the manufacturer that there was no faults identified. More phone calls to the manufacturer who obtained the engineer’s report which did identify the fault and which parts were required. Why did they lie to the manufacturer? I insisted that the manufacturer send their own engineer as I didn’t want any person from a dishonest company anywhere near my house.
The manufacturer’s engineer attended and spend several hours dismantling and replacing parts. The appliance now works as intended. I suspect that NWAR wouldn’t have been sufficiently thorough to affect the repair.

Hired on behalf of domestic & general, didn’t turn up the first time & when they eventually did, I needed parts for my machine. Then they didn’t turn up again to fix, so eventually they wrote my machine off. They said they would inform Domestic & General, they didn’t. They in fact told D&G that they had fixed my machine, told them I was lying!! I am now 5 weeks into having a broken washing machine. DO NOT USE!! Customer service is terrible.

Only thing that the engineer ( if he could be called that) was missing was his red nose, as clown springs to mind, no people skills no parts an no fixing the problem which is a circuit board replaced. Surely these clowns can look at what needs to be repaired and go with the parts for the machine,they're supposed to be a subcontractor for Samsung and are dirtying the brand, they only need to get a manager with more than one brain cell and it will probably run better because it couldn't be any worse.
All in all poor not able to give 0 stars.

Terrible company to deal with. 3rd party company for John Lewis repairs. Cancelled 3 times. Rude on the phone. Stay away.

Took initial payment for call out on Samsung washer dryer.
Engineer attended and diagnosed problem. Returned with parts, replaced and left untested.
The problem remained.
Engineer number 2 came and diagnosed as different part.
I was then charged for the incorrectly installed first part and invoiced £200 for the second lot of parts.
The 2nd visit was then cancelled the day before.
The service "manager" would not guarantee the parts would rectify the problem.
A very poor service from the "manager" who displayed a "trial and error" attitude at my expense.

Samsung approved local repairs.

Broken fridge freezer - booked in by D&G insurance.
3 cancelled appointments over 3 week period - One day before confirmed appointment cancelled and then given a 10 wait because the engineer had not returned.

phoned - complete lack of interest. (Covid 19) heard this so many times as excuse - but so many others able to work.

wouldn't recommend or Samsung
