Very happy with the battery for my Xiaomi robot vacuum, and the fact that it came with a screwdriver! Been using it for a few days now and it's been perfect. So happy to be able to prolong the life of my old robot vacuum by replacing it's battery.

Great packaging with the new battery…
Great packaging with the new battery and came with two screw drivers and a couple of picking tools. They are very helpful and the job is done within 5 mins. My Bose Sound mini speaker is back to life again. Great vendor!

Delayed delivery
I am happy with the service and product from NZ Battery.
I do however want to bring it to your attention that the courier service Aramex did not comply to your delivery standard of 2-3 days, and had the parcel in their Auckland depo until 9 March before sending it to the local depo and took more tjan 7 business days to be delivered. The parcel only had movement after I queried this with Aramex.

There are other options in NZ. Pay a little more for your transaction, and the details should be safe. Their live chat is also a scam.
NO RESPONSE, and they use 17Track as the shipping party, which is most fraudulent.
Here are some of the communications from one of the sellers when I complained about 17Track -

Roborock s7 Battery
Purchased a replacement battery for our Roborock s7 vacuum. Very happy with the product, yesterday the old battery wouldn’t make it over 10 minutes before running flat, today it’s just finished a 35 minute clean with the new battery installed and still has about 50% charge remaining.

Battery didn't work
Installed battery, worked first time and charged. After a couple of days laptop would not stay on with battery connected. Installed old battery and everything works fine. Battery is faulty, but apparently I have to send video of it not working to get any redress. I would not use or recommend this service to anyone.
