I was seen by amina k she was very nice and helped me sort out my phone as no calls were coming through but she fixed in 5 minutes. Great service from this team but it was a bit of a wait to get seen.

I visited the O2 shop today in…
I visited the O2 shop today in westfield and although I am absolutely leaving and suing this horrible network, the staff in the shop were very helpful especially Aminah K who was on the phone to other team members trying to get the bottom of my issue and resolve it. Aminah was extremely helpful
and understanding. However, I left with my issue still unresolved only because the issue was beyond Aminah and there’s only so much she can do as a customer service advisor. I implore everyone else already on O2 to leave the network for their own good or not ever join if they are planning on joining.
Experience with Aminah 5 star , O2 as a network 0! with minus points if possible !
