Soon I walked in store this morning, greeted by colleague with professionalism n diverted towards very helpful salesgirl who explained everything n provided enough understanding about product n monthly plan . Afterwards also helped by another colleague called, sevena who setups my phone apps due to my lack of my tech skills n those apps were very important for me . Weldone all colleagues who helped me to connect me with my rest of world within 1 hour n I was walking out of store with my new i 17 pro max . With more confidence n pride back into digital world . At Nottinghm, victoria mall centre. The employee Serena was amazing, she handled my complicated "moving number" from another company was full patience and support, she was kind and she was the best this company representing this particular branch
