I was in the reverse position to normal as Oakleigh watches were purchasing one of my watches.
Having agreed a very fair price they transferred the agreed figure into my bank account the same day as they received the watch in the post.

I found the right watch at a fair price and it was meant to be. Today I received my delivery of my watch from Oakleigh, and I couldn’t be happier.

From the start (and then in ongoing email exchanges over 3 days), Giles was extremely helpful, answering my questions and offering advice. I never once felt pressured to purchase.

I was naturally quite worried about purchasing such an item without seeing it in person, but I needn’t have been. The watch was exactly as described and looked even better than in the photos on the Oakleigh website.

Giles took the trouble to polish the crystal for me, as I noted there was a slight scuff in one of the photos. It came out brilliantly.

Recently received my new watch from Giles at Oakleigh Watches. Although it is at the more affordable end of his portfolio, I was blown away by his service. The watch is immaculate and exactly as described, expertly packed/delivered on my preferred date and he even threw in a very nice branded pen for good measure. I'm a very happy customer!
