I have used Oakwood parking for years as a former travel consultant always found them to provide a good service and always put business there way , but now will be contacting everyone to let them know , but we returned from holiday in middle of night 14th august 2025 and my Husband spotted a massive crack across our widescreen which was not there when dropped car of to them we were fuming the girl named Jo took photos as did we , rang up next day explained to a lady on phone we’d spoken to Jo but was very unhelpful really just said send photos over and basically try your luck I also have asked for cctv footage which haven’t received yet ! ,we knew after reading reviews we would get anywhere we have been told that the damage is over £1000 to replace the windscreen because it’s a Audi q5 will now send photos over to them along with a quote of damage , we are seeking legal advise and action .PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM EVER !

Oakwood parking damaged our car to the point it is not drivable. They refused to take responsibility. Please do not take your car here, we are in the process of taking legal action.

We left a working car and received a broken car and repairs for 645 pounds and non-working air conditioning and other defects in the car. I do not recommend parking to anyone, be careful. We wrote to someone on the website, no attention, such incompetent work, no response or attention anywhere, I am disgusted by the attitude of this employee. He said he would ask one of the workers in the parking lot. but there is no answer. but I didn't expect them to be incompetent and uneducated, but in such a country such people

These guys were brilliant. As soon as we arrived there was transport ready to take us to Bristol airport. Best price for 2 weeks. Car was in the same condition and easy to book. I will use again for sure thank you again 😊

I have used Oakwood before and it’s been ok but wouldn’t use again, really long wait after collecting luggage then sat on the bus waiting whilst the driver was on the phone having a domestic. Unprofessional and slow service.

I wouldn't use these again, just got back to the guy driving the minibus, was all smiles :( not even allowed to drink water on the bus after 4 hours of flying. They rush you to the bus because they don't want to pay extra or send a second bus. Then they've move our car and parked it righting bushes. I have pics to prove this. Also there's a dent on the back from where they've reversed the car in to the bushes. Will never use them again. I should of listened to the bad reviews before booking.

We have used Oakwood Parking on numerous occasions and found their service to be good but today they excelled and went above and beyond. My passport was discovered in their car park, they tracked me down and arranged for my passport to be delivered to the airport drop off zone whilst I was sitting in the terminal drinking my pint totally unaware that my passport was missing. Without their effort and kindness my partner and I would have certainly missed our flight. Thank you again Oakwood.

Car got damaged in their care, showed them the damage before we left and was told to email the manager the following day 5 emails have now been sent no reply, after 4 phone calls finally got the manager on the phone who was rude and then obnoxious, told her what the damage was and she said that if it was caused by another customer then it’s not their fault and nothing they can do!! Absolutely shocking and I’m now seeking legal advice

Wow Oakwood parking. Very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. As a female lone driver they definitely made parking easy. On the return they were there waiting, car easily found. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Oakwood Parking.

Just returned from holiday after a week, we were parking at Oakwood House Airport parking. This sadly after many years of holidays abroad this is by far the worst experience so far. The return pickup was very slow. The van when it arrived was filthy inside and out,the seats were very dusty and some dirty not exactly what you would expect. We were driven back to the site and on arrival every single car was so dusty the area for parking is on loose sand and stone and not properly laid. Picked up keys from lady in office and there was no customer service whatsoever, no thanks or anything. Walked up to pickup my car and it was in a very dirty state, dust everywhere outside and drivers side carpets dirty from being moved around site. Before our holiday I had spent 2/3hrs cleaning it inside and out what a waste of time and effort. Not yet checked for any chips from stones when it had been moved around site as needs a bloody good clean. My suggestion to anyone is look elsewhere and if it’s more expensive pay as this place is just about making money and not offering good parking and service. Very disappointing. Always check Trustpilot for any purchase’s!!

We have used Oakwood parking facility for several years and up to now they have been okay. But because of a major delay on our flight, we returned late in the evening and experienced a real problem with collection at their drop-off point at Bristol Airport.

This was due to one of their pickup vehicles not having any signage that was clear in the dark. It was impossible to tell the white mini bus was Oakwood!

I had called through two or three times to let the drivers know we were waiting. We saw one vehicle leaving as we arrived which was full. The next vehicle we waited and waited. I called again. He said he had just left and it turned out the vehicle had no signage on the outside and only a very unclear placard on the dashboard which had fallen forward and could not be read at night.

I do not understand why the driver did not explain this and did not make more effort to pick us up when we had called them and we were clearly waiting for collection. They were in such a hurry to get off the phone instead of making some effort to communicate clearly with the customer When we spoke to them later back at your base, we did not really get a clear explanation.

Seems to me it’s laziness on two accounts: firstly, the driver not making the effort to communicate with customers so they know the van is going to be white and to look out for it. Secondly for Oakwood not training their drivers to be a little bit more customer focused.

Having already experienced the seven-hour flight delay this was further added to by the fact we had to wait half an hour until the next vehicle their next vehicle arrived.
I wrote to Oakwood but not even had the courtesy of a reply. Seems that there is no sense of Customer Service.

After reading so many bad reviews regarding there experience with Oakwood i was very dubious to use them. I went ahead and booked for 5 days parking.

We turned up to be greeted by a very friendly team of people including check in to the van drop off and pick up.

After using various parking facilities over the years I can honestly say the service myself and my daughter received was nothing less than outstanding, I would actually give 6* if I could.

I have tried most car parking facilities at Bristol Airport especially the meet and great who are shocking in every level! I would suggest before going by negatives try for yourself. I park at Bristol every three weeks , Oakwood will 100% be my new go too. (Thanks to you all for making the start and end of our holiday seamless.

we booked to keep our car here and pay on arrival
once we got there they could not find our car on the system so i pulled up the booking confirmation which i had received and they said nothing they can do as is not on there system and no room to fit us in.
we explained we had a flight in just over 2 hours and do not have anywhere else to park.
the receptionist was very rude and would not do anything to help us even though we had a booking confirmation.
we used the airport tavan next door and they fitted us in after explaining how we were let down. they were great.

Car was damaged, wouldn’t pay for any of the damages and cut contact after I left even though they said they would be in touch and easily contactable

Was a bit apprehensive after reading the bad reviews, but can't fault them really. Stayed at the sister company cedarwood B&B which was comfortable and clean for the night with a nice selection of breakfast bits and bobs for the morning of our flight. Dropped the car off to some lovely ladies in reception early hours of Thursday morning who explained the process and gave us a card with the collection phone number for when we got back. We called the number and the driver had just left the airport and said he would be back soon. We waited about 20 mins and the bus turned up with a helpful and happy man even though it was late! We picked up the keys, found the car where they said it would be, all was fine and off we went! Would use again .

Had a bad experience today with Mathew the driver, we turned up at the pickup point in Bristol airport. He was just pulling off, tried to get his attention, completely dismissed me, later on said he did see me, waited 15 mins after phoning. He then pulled up at the entrance to the drop off/ pick up point.
We Waited for the driver to come around, where we’d been picked up many times before. He did a u turn across the no entry signs and proceeded to go out the car park, so I called him again, he had BAD attitude saying we have to find him. Waited another 15 minutes. Then he proceeded to challenge me, who was doing the complaining??? If you’re thinking of booking with this company, try and find an alternative. We will.

Crashed my car, covered in mud and grass! been using them for years and then .. nothing, no reply, no apology, useless !!

Ignorant receptionist who grunted at me on arrival, didn't look up from his desk, extremely rude and offensive mini bus driver. I thought he was joking with us all but he's was serious, insulting abusive behaviour to passengers. Instructing us not too eat drink or touch the windows on the minibus. "Don't ring me until your outside in the car park on return"
He revived several requests for pick ups on the way to the airport, he just ignored them out insulted the customers requesting pick up
Not a great start to holiday ...
On return no-one answered or request for pick up. We walked outside, there were over 30 people waiting in the airport pick up. It was 11:30pm, 0°C.
It took 50 minutes to get back to the car parking.
The driver didn't want to communicate regarding the time and lack of minibus provision
Got back to the car park to be greeted with a surly un-helpful desk clerk, who had all the charm of a cockroach..
The attitude of the staff to its paying customers is bad. I can sympathise with the employees, they must hate working for this unprofessional, adjectively rude company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT MAYBE CHEAPER THAN AIRPORT PARKING, THERE'S A REASON FOR THAT.... THEY HAVENT A CLUE ABOUT SERVICE, CIVILITY OR BASIC GOOD MANNERS

Will never park here again ! The way the system is run is completely backwards . Arrived at the airport drop and go after landing and rang driver , said she had no room on the bus even though we could see 4 seats , waited a further 20 minutes at midnight for it to come back and the bus pulled in a different spot where the bus was then filled with people who hadn’t been waiting as long as us ! Waited a further 20 minutes for another bus , tried to report a complaint to big man in the office to which he said “go and park somewhere else then” which is completely innapropriate and not addressing the concern. Completely unprofessional , returned to car to it being covered in dust like it had been rallied around the car park even on the inside. Have used this service for over a year and will not be returning or recommending to anyone I know !

Staff (Apparently a Male Driver) Very Rude When Answering Phone as No Coach was there to Meet us at the Airport. When we Arrived to Collect Keys he Was Again Very Rude and Did Not Care that We Were Paying Customers. No Customer Care Skills At All. WILL NEVER USE OAKWOOD AGAIN AND WOULD SCORE THEM 0 IF I HAD THE CHANCE. Very Poor Service This Time and Have Used The 10+ Times in the Past.
