Returned to find my car caked in mud inside and out, extensive damage to the front bumper, several deep scratches that have totally taken the paint off, Oakwood denying they damaged my car! I left my car clean with no damage, came home to a car that looks like its been on a rally.
This company needs to be closed down, no regard for other peoples property. AVOID.
I will be reporting them to trading standards, I've also contacted The Sun as they are doing an article on bad Airport Parking companies.

Have used Oakwood a number of times and was aware that they parked the car elsewhere. few disappointments this time, first was they were short of drivers and we had to wait for one to do the drop off and return, normally be 20 mins but was nearer 30 as the airport was busy, this put us behind and needed to purchase fast track to get us ahead. Second issue was when collected the car I noticed several stone marks on the windscreen which the washer would not remove, (possibly sandstone chippings, along with same colour dirty boot marks on the floor) also when we got home noticed stone chips on the bonnet, that 100% wasn't there prior. Annoying as I only just bought the car. I appreciate you take the risk. Also upon collection from the airport the driver just stood there and watched while my 82 year old father in law loaded his suitcase, the staff clearly don't want to be there. Shame. Won't ever use again.

The transfer on departure was very quick and smooth. On the way home, the phone number we were told to phone gave an automated message. We waited for 15 mins, no sign of a minibus, no communication. We decided to walk, which took 20 mins. Got to the car park, was given keys and told where car was. It wasn't easy finding our car because it was blocked in, so we had to find someone to remove the car in front before we could leave.

I returned the car with a clean interior. When I returned, there was mud on the rugs. There is a smell of cigarettes.

It is very poor service,im not recomend to anyone, they don'tpick you up from airport,you will walk from airport to carpark when you get tired of waiting after an hour!

What an awful experience! On arrival no help with lifting cases, my husband has health issues. The parking seemed haphazard. On return we had to wait for 20 mins in the cold, to be met by the most miserable man who has obviously never heard of customer service( none of them have!). Another passenger had to open the door of the van for us, again left to lift out our own luggage while he stood there. Collecting the keys from reception was no better, young lady with no smile, please or thank you who told us our car would be on the right or the left????
Another car double parked in front so had to get that moved. The drivers footwell of the car was covered in mud. I could go on. To save £20 odd pounds on Silver zone? Don’t do it!! Avoid this company like the plague.

EDIT: Have now received telephone call from Oakwood Parking who apologised and have kindly rectified the issue. Thank you Oakwood.

First time using Oakwood, never again though. Transfers to and from airport were OK. Main concern was the state of car when we got back. Appreciate there had been a lot rain but the door and seat on passenger side were left covered in mud splatters. Mud all up the side of inside of door, all over side of seat and footprints on floor. Looked like door had been left open and had been driven through puddles in car park or field. Didn't really notice extent of mess until we got home. Have sent email and photos for explanation, but like others have reported, they never respond. Next time, will pay extra and go back to Silver parking.

Avoid this parking miles away. Drivers make car accidents with your cars and then runaway from accident place. Then they trying to say it’s wasn’t his fault ..like it was in our situation , driver was driving from another car park just down on a road- straight to the my van side and wheel, I tried to stop him , but hi jumped to the car and runaway. If you are car owner with number BL17NPE contact me to make clime against this car park owner who trying cover this little bold man who was actually driving your vehicle.

Shame on you Oakwood car park owner , I would never use your car park and will try spread information as much I can.

Had to cancel holiday due to ill health, don't answer the phone or respond to emails £80 now out of pocket. Avoid

Very easy to park and get to airport.
Unfortunately when I left I took photo of speedometer and reset B to zero, (duel readings A&B). Left it on A and when we returned I checked B and the car had done 43.6 miles!! Website says 4 miles to other parking so should have been around 8. The dash cam on the windscreen had also been unplugged obviously so it didn’t record. I have written to them at my disappointment but no reply! If you use them when you park make sure you take photos of the mileage don’t leave things in there you don’t want to be rifled through. Possibly take video of exterior too as they obviously don’t care about what their staff do with customers cars! 😡

Abysmal. They don’t send any information out so you know what to do on arrival. And when you ask they respond with sarcasm as if you are supposed to know. But on return, it’s far worse. They don’t have enough vans and in spite of asking you to phone on arrival, they don’t take a list of names so when the van arrives it’s like the Wild West with the strongest butting others out the way. When I complained about this, I was turned on, both by the driver and then at the office. My car also had nasty scratches on the back that weren’t there before too - they don’t take care of the cars. Hugely unprofessional, unpleasant people who treat their customers like dirt. Avoid.

Our car was filthy and damaged on return from our holiday.
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and so it was dark. Carpark was very dark and so we were unable to see the damage until the following day.
I contacted them and they have just sent me a copy of their FAQ's which states any damage must be reported before leaving and that they have CCTV to be able to tell if it was damaged on site.
I have asked them to check the CCTV for me to see if they could tell me how my car was damaged. I've heard nothing!!
From reading other reviews on here I'm very unlikely to hear from them at all.
Do not leave your car here unless it's a banger and you don't care about it!

Fast service but everything else about it was awful. Nobody looks like they want to work there, miserable staff, we were picked up with 2 kids from the drop off area of the airport and the driver stood and watched my partner & father load everyone’s suitcases instead of helping put them in the van, which they’ve always done previously. Not what you need after a flight. I’d recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

RUBBISH!
I payed and booked parking space in advance, arrived and was met with an extremely aggressive and rude female driving one of their minibuses.
Then when being ushered to my parking space a large man with a beer gut who looked like the boss was shouting at me to reverse “faster!” through a load of pedestrians coming and going! Stupid man! Who would be to blame if I reversed into someone then, eh?!
When another man with picked us up from the airport he was urgently rushing everyone on the the minibus like cattle. Not pleasant at all!
Getting in and out is a mission also. It’s a badly planned place with people that aren’t nice at all. Completely un professional run by cowboys.
I will spend my money elsewhere next time.

Used Oakwood for the first time. A little nervous having booked and then saw the reviews, but have to say it was seamless. Friendly reception when I turned up, was helped with luggage into the minibus by friendly druver, and got to airport quickly. On return was picked up immediately and got keys quickly.
Yes the drivers side floor was dirty, but it's in a field so not a big surprise. Maybe putting down paper when they got in the car would be beneficial....(or I guess I could do that myself) to protect from dirt. All in all though very impressed with service.

First time I used this company absolutely it’s my last. I left my keys with them after 14 days I found my car was filthy, muddy from inside etc. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company rather pay extra and park at the airport parking.
No return because of bad experience.

First time using this company, and the last! Very chaotic. Abrupt young lady when dropping key off, miserable and rude when I asked about where I go to get on mini bus.
Then on return, unprofessional man (who thought his sh** didn't stink, poor attitude and showed zero patients from him when I rang to see how far mini bus is from airport. In addition to this, my car was blocked in, and a faff by other staff memmbers to get car out.

Will never go back!

Chaotic on our return - initially, they couldn't find my key, then when I returned to the car it was blocked in. Then they couldn't locate the key for that vehicle, and after 15 minutes searching rang someone on the compound who had the key & then moved the vehicle. All in all, this caused a 25 minute delay after a tiring evening flight. I was assured that this wouldn't happen, I even called ahead from Skiathos airport to check everything would be ready. It really is a chaotic mess in the office, and not even an apology - I would never use this company again, I'd pay a little more & park it at the airport or with a reputable company, but not Oakwood.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Retuned from a 4 night stay to an absolutely stinking dirty vehicle which was not like that when I left it. Wish i could post a picture on here to show. Only moved across the car park literally 20 metres so thinking has it been driven elsewhere as wheels stinking as well. Saying is right only get what you pay for and I got crap!! Advice to others pay the extra and use silver zone as Oakwood parking is not fit for purpose. Also lucky that the car park wasn’t busy when I arrived as there was 1 guy driving the 2 buses so if you was pushing for time you’d be struggling to make your flight with these cowboys. In my opinion should be closed down!

NEVER AGAIN
Bus drivers were basically rally drivers which were rude, didn’t help with bags and overloaded a bus on the way back stuffing us in like sardines
Got my keys from the office and headed home. Noticed there was glass all over my back seat and my window didn’t have the bmw badge on it( nothing was said when I collected it) Called up multiple times to arrange a payment for a proper window replacement and to fix the mechanism that they broke too and got nowhere
Not a good place for customer service or safety of your car so unless you don’t care about what happens to your car, I wouldn’t advise
But to be fair to the owner he has payed bmw now but the workers there are awful
