Not happy with the service at all
Not happy with the service at all. Dealt with Toby and Jack. There are issue with the Power button and the alt button. They arranged the pick up twice with dpd. And DPD never turned to pick the laptop and now the OCM team are asking me to courier back the laptop. As a result I was loosing my work so had to start with the same laptop. I would not recommend them in future.

Having thoroughly investigated this situation with the help of DPD, we can confirm that DPD attended your apartment building on two occasions to collect the laptop. However, they have stated that they were unable to reach you, and their GPS tracking corroborates this.
We also asked whether you would be happy to drop the laptop off at your local Post Office and advised that we would gladly reimburse the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we never received a response from you.
We believe we went above and beyond to try and resolve this matter for you, and we're sorry that you feel we could have done more.

My daughter loves her “new” MacPro
The MacPro is in excellent condition cosmetically and my daughter is very happy with it. While there was a problem with the initial purchase (a different laptop), they let me know immediately, issued a full refund and provided a discount if I ordered a different laptop, which I did. Great customer service and communication.

I bought my Lenovo laptop four months ago (The second laptop I will be buying from them, The first one was a Dell laptop more than a year ago). I have not regrated one bit. The laptop is in great working condition. Their customers service is also excellent. Communicated excellently well with their customers. The packaging was excellent. Thank you OCM Business Systems

A brilliant company to deal with. The Surface Pro I bought was apparently B grade, but was in fantastic condition. It also came with a keypad cover that was an official Microsoft model, so not cheap. This was also in great condition. Will definitely use them again, especially as they are less the 5 miles away!
