Easy to look up laptops but delivery was late and the box very damaged but thankfully the computer was not.
I did look up on amazon and brand new ones were not that much more expensive...but I could only look on the computer I just bought.
Do some research before buying.

Prompt delivery and the product is great

The laptop I ordered came very quickly, well-packaged and looks almost like new. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the camera and audio don't appear to work very well in online meetings - this is part of the issue with choosing a refurbished machine, rather than OCM as an organisation, which seems very reliable and well-organised. Would certainly consider again.

Amazingly high standard and clean laptop. Much better than expected. Liking forward to trying it out. I've night 3 from here now over the years and they're always great.

I purchased this renewed laptop for my son for his A levels. It is small and compact, with good battery life, for him to take to college and do everything he needs to do.

My overall experience was good. Website is easy to use, product is good, delivery and packaging were good too. I think you could have mentioned scratches on display would have been helpful as would not have bought product.

The planned delivery was Monday, I waited in all week and the parcel arrived on Friday. This was because the delivery label had only a partial address on it.
A very frustrating week - the dog was unamused that it missed its walks all week.
The product is great - just as expected. Slight dent on the front of the laptop lid - but otherwise lovely.
