Odeon Luxe Leicester Square
Odeon Luxe Leicester Square. I was upset that had to pay additional £8 on top of my Lloyds cinema vouchers. Girl at till did not sell it to me at all and called her manager over. The man that came was called Ian and he was the Experience Manager. Let me just say this guy is amazing. He turned the whole situation round to a positive and had my negative frustrations blown out of the window. This guy should be the Manager. He clearly cares and knows his job and the impact that it can have on customers. I have total respect for him and I hope his bosses acknowledge how good he is. He really enhanced my experience and anyone who can turn my mood around when I'm frustrated, is exceptional at what they do. Thank you Geordie Ian.
Cleaners not cleaning
Just sat down in Screen 3 after waiting outside the screen for what felt like an eternity. Expecting to find a lovely clean seat.... I mean they were in there for ages ....
They were not clean
They were filthy
My wife found glasses in the corner of her seat.

Website written as a GCSE project
The Odeon website is just terrible. I get problems all the time when trying to order tickets. Sometimes it wont take payment, other times it will just crash for no reason and then lose your seats. Today I have gone to order 4 seats and done everything included adding codes and gift card as payment. It failed with a nice message saying something went wrong click to refresh. That does noting and now if I want the same seats I have to wait 30 mins for my selection to time out as there is no way to get it back, even thought I am logged in. I don't know who they asked to create the website but I can only assume it was a GCSE project. Not fit for purpose.

Website obstructive so gave up
We love going to the cinema. But the Odeon's website is horrific! It doesnt tell you seat prices until a later stage, and a huge banner at the bottom appears showing you the total cost so you have to do everything through a tiny window at the top. You cant add a code after you have selected seats - you have to put them down to zero and add it then add them back in again. Plus theres having to identify traffic lights, then buses - there's better ways to verify I am human, Odeon! Then the code we were using didnt work - should have, no way to find out why not, in the end we just gave up.

Rest assured, we have your details and will respond to you as soon as possible’ now the 26th July no response I have finished my 3 month contract so blocked the next payment from bank to odeon . Customer service zero no one can get through on a phone and live chat just logs you out . The idea of my limitless to watch great films great trying to speak to a member of the online team at ODEON appalling . My advice only buy a cinema ticket as and when or support independent cinemas .

Very dirty environment, I wanted to vomit when I entered and smelled the smell, the kids were not in the mood to watch the film, we couldn't see half of it and left, a waste of a good day!
Overly priced -with no option for kids' membership
1) Why there is no option to get membership for kids under 5 years old? My daughter is ill and taking her to see a movie to break out of the hospital routine. The ticket price is ridiculously expensive which makes it an ideal. Other movie theatres provide membership for kids under 5, but not this one. I would be very happy to go to them if they were near my house or convenient for a bus drive.
2) why purchasing a ticket at the till is more expensive from purchasing it at the app? Why the discount is not applied at the till for Monday bargains?
3) the only gluten free option is snacks with high sugar. Have you considered kids with celiac disease and high risk of type 1 diabetes? That is why I bring my own food.

Avoid signing up for the Limitless Membership
Avoid signing up for the Limitless membership – it’s extremely misleading. Canceling your subscription is intentionally difficult, as the only way to do so is by contacting customer service, which in my experience has been completely unresponsive. I’ve been trying to cancel for over three months without any reply. The customer service is appalling, and the entire process feels like a trap. Very disappointing experience with this company.
The Cinemas themselves are excellent but the customer services and cleanliness let it down!
The Odeon Luxe cinema in Uxbridge is an amazing Cinema,the recliners are great and very comfortable. However,the cleanliness of the toilets is unacceptable and the way that our complaints have been dealt with has been shocking! From my perspective this is not the luxe experience that we pay for. It’s a shame because at the very beginning it was an amazing cinema. The IMAX in Uxbridge is far too loud,I think that customers will still be immersed in the experience even if the volume was turned down a couple of notches. We also experienced a couple of issues at Acton as well to the point that we stopped using the cinema. The Odeon Luxe in Maidenhead is a fantastic cinema though.

No booking and odeon has stolen £16 from me.
After battling to get the amazon discount code in entered bank details hit confirm. Odeon says booking failed yet £16 immediately taken from my bank account. I spent 2 hours trying to book superman on their hopeless website and the end result is no booking and Oden has robbed £16 from me. From the looks of the other reviews I will have a battle getting my money back.
I was punished for their mistake
There scanner didn’t scan my ticket properly so I got a strike against my account and when I informed customer support of this they said that the strike would stand even though it was an issue with their equipment/staff and as long as I followed my membership rules it wouldn’t matter but god forbid they mess up again I get punished for something that I didn’t do they don’t care at all
Soulless joyless experience
Took kids to see Superman this afternoon at Bath Odeon.
Had a gift voucher, machine wouldn’t take it then the next machine out of paper to print ticket, customer service pitiful.
There was nothing positive about this now soulless place. Going to the cinema no longer an exciting special experience.
