Poor service. Didn’t answer my query properly after being told within a year I would be able to sign up to major internet providers through the fibre network on a brand new housing development. Have repeatedly asked about this and all the big providers say they are finding it difficult to provide us with broadband. The fibre network provided my OFNL is very poor. Constant cutting out of service and the provider ‘see the light broadband’ just keep saying it’s OFNL and can’t do anything. Was told to call or use the chat. No answer on either.

Mark was brilliant, carried me along as he worked on the system. He was well detailed and ensured he identified the problem and fixed it. He further went ahead to inform me what to do should my 5G not work immediately. He ensured I tested the system ensuring it was working before he left.

I’m highly disappointed with itsfibre(OFNL). I’m supposed to be getting 900 Mbps, but the speeds I’m seeing are nowhere near that. Most of the time, the connection is slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but the issues remain. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a premium for speeds that are promised but not delivered. I would not recommend itsfibre(OFNL), to anyone who needs consistent, high-speed internet. Great helpful engineer all sorted.

Had a problem with our fibre which required an engineer to come out and fix the issue. Firstly Mark was helpful on the phone to try and solve the issue but unfortunately the things we tried didn't work, so he had to arrange for an engineer visit. Initially this was going to take 2 days which wasn't ideal as I work from home full time. Thankfully Mark was able to get an engineer to me within 4 hours and the engineer worked his magic and got me back online. Excellent service all round.

Paul was great! He took our issues in stride (including that fibre wasn't actually pulled to our new build!) and got it resolved quickly. He was personable and receptive to our concerns & we could not be happier with his service.

Just moved into our new build home and the internet connections were not working which I need for my job. The engineer was with us within 24 hours of my call to See The Light and the problem fixed

we have a new build totally let down by builder with 2 Autistic Children and working from home. Jorge went over and above what he was here to do contacting a number of departments to get us working. First experience of OFNL and Jorge gave me the confidence I lacked about this network provider. He has certainly given the best experience for the brand thank you

Paul was great at fixing our connection issue. Really friendly and efficient.

Had a very efficient and informative engineer called Mark come and resolve my WiFi connections issue as I had some damaged wiring on the outside box connecting to my OFNL box. Mark showed great ingenuity to resolve my issue quickly and get me back up and running

Having purchased a new home through Taylor Wimpey and THEN realising I'm stuck with OFNL which basically has a monopoly on your choice of Internet, I'm actually so disappointed. Basically you can expect Internet prices to be DOUBLE the standard broadband prices, for the exact same speed package.

Basically it's a scam and OFNL benefits from you having to go through them. I'm sure there's all sorts of backhanded deals going on with developers and I'm surprised the gov haven't done ANYTHING.... but then again I wouldn't be surprised if they are involved.

Had a fault with my connection due to some careless builders, Paul was sent out within a couple of days, he was really friendly and was able to fix the issue and help me patch my connection so that I could connect to my router in a different room. Great first experience with OFNL.

Paul the North Engineer was excellent today sorting out our OFNL broadband connection. He identified the issue, explained what needed to be done and cracked on got the issue sorted. A genuine nice bloke who was pleasant and professionall.

Great service. A massive shout out and thank you to Mark. He was brilliant, quick to resolve the issue and explained everything very clearly about the ONT and broadband.

Limited suppliers and overpriced. Adding this kind of thing to new builds is a scam. Contracts for new estates between builders and whoever owns this needs to stop.

Mark was fantastic! Not only was he super professional, but also so friendly. He spotted the issue in a flash and had it fixed even faster. Can’t thank him enough!

Cant fault Pauls work today. Identified the issue quickly and fixed the problem. Lovely guy, a credit to his employers OFNL.
