After finally getting their site to accept my card, they never shipped out my order and I now receive an email asking em to comment about my experience? TERRIBLE! No sign of a refund either so I'm having to pursue this via my bank. Thanks guys. Order number 000021099 in case you feel like helping.

Hello,
Thank you for providing your order number.
To clarify, order 000021099 was not shipped because the transaction was flagged by our online merchant security provider as high-risk. As soon as this was brought to our attention, the order was cancelled and a refund was processed immediately.
Due to the nature of the security alert, we were unable to proceed with dispatch and the account/payment attempt has been blocked from placing further orders with us. The matter has also been reported to the relevant authorities in line with our fraud-prevention procedures.
We understand this may be frustrating, but we cannot ship orders that are flagged by our payment security provider.

Scam website never shipped my order
Scam website never shipped my order, stay far away from here and save your money! I'm still yet to get a response from their support (probably never will) and now I'm having to go through my bank to get a refund via charge back.
**IN REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE**
This is simply not true, you have never contacted me once and furthermore what customs fee when I am based in the UK and so are you! I would've paid customs fee no issues if this was the case but it is not.

Rather than going back and fourth on trust pilot can you just reply to multiple emails I have sent you?

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
We have reviewed order 000021048 and can confirm that the item was not shipped because the payment provider contacted us to advise that the card/payment used for this order had been flagged as potentially fraudulent.
As a result, we were advised not to dispatch the goods while the payment was under review.
We attempted to process a refund afterwards, however the payment provider advised that the card had already been reported as lost or stolen, meaning we were unable to refund it directly back to the card at that stage.
This matter is now with the bank/payment provider and will need to be handled through their investigation process.
Due to the nature of the payment issue, we have also reported the matter to the relevant authorities.
We will not be engaging in further email correspondence regarding this matter. Please continue to deal directly with your bank/payment provider, who will be able to advise you on the next steps.

I had no problem with the products i bought except 2 the blue glass bowl and the chongz down stem. Both of which broke after only a couple days

Received a broken product and the…
Received a broken product and the company have ignored me for two weeks.
Edit: After posting this review the company has made contact and has sent a replacement which was also broken in the exact same manner.
I believe this is likely a courier issue.
