Delicious mallosol lower salt kaluga caviar lovely palate, color and flavor with creme fraiche and water crackers. Two ounces served two people well as an appetizer.
The score was given because customer service and the quality of the caviar is excellent. I wish Dry ice vs the packets would be used for shipping. It seems my box is never as cold as it should be. O... Ver mais

The Uni was absolutely inedible
The Uni was absolutely inedible. NO WHERE in the description did it say it was A. Cooked and B. Mixed with crab. The smell was atrocious. My cats wouldn't even eat it. I demand a refund.

Resposta da OLMA Caviar
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the uni.
To clarify, the uni is not cooked. It does not contain crab meat; however, it does contain crab fumet, a concentrated crab-based stock used to enhance its flavor.
The full ingredient list is available in the product description on our website for customers to review before purchasing. We understand that the aroma and flavor may not suit everyone’s preferences, and we appreciate your feedback.

Resposta da OLMA Caviar
Hi, we’re sorry that the Paddlefish Caviar did not meet your expectations. We offer 11 varieties of caviar, and Paddlefish is one of our most affordable options. Its bold, earthy flavor is quite different from traditional sturgeon caviar, so it may not be the best fit for every palate.
Fast delivery
Fast delivery, caviars arrived safely, chilled, and fresh. Caviars were amazing!
