Delicious mallosol lower salt kaluga caviar lovely palate, color and flavor with creme fraiche and water crackers. Two ounces served two people well as an appetizer.
The score was given because customer service and the quality of the caviar is excellent. I wish Dry ice vs the packets would be used for shipping. It seems my box is never as cold as it should be. O... Ver mais

Resposta da OLMA Caviar
We’re sorry to hear the smoked chicken breast didn’t meet your expectations. This particular product is prepared in the Balik style, which is supposed to be very tender, with an almost “rubbery” texture compared to regular smoked chicken.
We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the truffle oil.

Resposta da OLMA Caviar
Thank you for your feedback. The 250g Pink Roe you purchased is sold by net weight, not by container volume. Because of that, the package may appear partially empty depending on the size of the container used by the manufacturer. This product is not packaged by OLMA Caviar, so we do not control the packaging format or container size they choose. The manufacturer’s information is listed on the label, and you are welcome to contact them directly with any production-related concerns. On our end, we have verified that the label information is accurate and that the net weight is correct.
