Had a resin drive put down for my Dad who was struggling with grass cutting at the front of the house. Oltco are very professional. The drive and grass were measured, the colours were shown to us and a price agreed. The crew arrived to dig everything up and I was worried about the piles of rubble, but everything was done to a good standard, and even a large chunk of concrete didn't stop the job being completed on time. The head office replied to my queries quickly and my Dad was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Oltco to anyone wanting a new driveway.

The service from Oltco was exceptional through every stage. They were helpful, flexible and patient during the planning stages, especially when delays occurred and the work date kept moving (through no fault of their own). On site they were hard working, tidy and dedicated to producing an excellent finish. After completion they were happy to provide useful advise when a different contractor stained the newly laid product!

The new resined area is a very public space and many positive comments have been received on the modern aesthetics of the product, which beautifully compliment a newly built, contemporary style rugby club.

Having finally gained permission from the local authority to proceed with off street parking at our small terraced house, we engaged Oltco to provide us with a SUDS compliant hard standing. The work included all preparatory ground works, removal of unwanted material and the resin installation. Both the ground works and resin installation teams worked quickly and efficiently leaving us with a frontage that looks really good, 1st class. All aspects of the job from the initial inquiry to completion were handled in a very professional and friendly manner. My hope is that the new frontage turns out to be durable, trouble free and keeps its good looks over time. So for now a 5-star review is deserved and hopefully will remain appropriate with the passage of time.

From start to finish the service was wonderful, we cannot fault anyone or anything. The groundworks crew (Pete Cowling) did a fabulous job and were keen to ensure that everything was just as we wanted it and even came up with additional ideas to improve the finished look. Followed by the finished product which is the envy of all visitors.

Liam, Eric and the team from Oltco Braintree, were very professional in all aspects of the work they did replacing my patio. They were always on time, explained in detail what works were to be done, and how long it would take.
They left no mess, completed the job bang on time and the end result is excellent. My wife and I are very happy with our new patio.

Had the driveway resin laid almost 4 years ago. However over time cracks appeared the length of the driveway where the concrete drive and grass originally was. I thought they were going to concrete the grass area instead just laid a hardcore base then resin over it. My concern was it would settle and cause cracks but was told there’s nothing to be alarmed about. So here we are 2025, although they kindly offered to do a repair under the Oltco warranty the repair work is awful. Trowel indentation and a complete mess around the garage area. The doors are splattered with whatever they were using and didn’t clean up. Overall the driveway will be ripped up next year and replaced with block paving which I should have done in the first place. After contacting Oltco Winchester I was told it’s all we can do and trowel marks happen. Recent WhatsApp message I was sent was to take a reality check and stop criticising, I done you a favour. Didn’t realise the warranty is described as a favour. I got the impression this was a rush job. Never again

Excellent service from point of first contact to completion. Work was carried out on time, to quote with no hidden extras, by experienced workmen who were polite, respectful of our property, consulted us on decisions and took an obvious pride in their work. We are delighted with the finished result.

It all started with excellent groundwork by Tom Webster. Then the Oltco team turned up and they were professional, engaging and clearly know their product. John and the team were great from start to finish. We have been left with a superb job well done. They were on time and very friendly, the gentleman that came to see us was also very friendly and helpful. It was quite fascinating to watch them put the resin down, they never stopped for a break at all, we are very pleased with result, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their drive or path done, we cannot fault any part of the work from start to finish, and would approach them again if we needed anything else done, thankyou again to your whole team.
