I reported a problem with my 3 year old resin drive to Oltco. As required by the terms of the guarantee I sent an email and photos. After not hearing anything for 3 days I phoned and was promised a call back to sort the problem. After a further 4 days I called again and left a message. Still no call back after a further day of waiting. The after sales service is abysmal.

Oltco have laid our patio and garden path. We are very pleased with their work and customer service. The resin patio and path looks really good and enhances our garden. Would highly recommend them.

I have been looking to have a resin driveway installed for a while after admiring a few others who have had their driveways done. I noticed one of this company`s flyers in the bush in my front garden so gave them a ring out of curiosity. A lady asked me for my approx drive dimensions and gave me a rough cost there and then. Within the hour my local contractors "Aman & Gary" contacted me to arrange a visit to give me a quote. He also mentioned he was going to forward me a link on WhatsApp about products etc but that never materialized. The guys came round a few days later and we spoke about designs, colours etc and after taking some photo`s i was forwarded a AI impression of the finished drive once finished. Also within that WhatsApp Aman said his colleague Gary will forward me a updated quote which never happened. A week later and i have not heard anything. Would have thought someone in HQ would make sure all site visits were followed up? Shame, i shall just find another outfit to do my drive.

For me the mark of a company is not when a job goes perfectly but how they respond when its not perfect.
We had Oltco bristol lay a very light coloured resin car park in March. A day later there was what looked like a shadow on part of it. It soon became obvious that a patch was a different
shade. I rang Clint and he came out the next day, he asked if they could try a cleaner. I rang the day after they had cleaned the resin to tell them it had not worked. Without hesitation or quibbling, Clint informed me they would rip up the resin and replace it, which they did. I id a little research and found out the issue we encountered mainly happened on the very light colours so we chose a slightly darker colour as a replacement. I couldn't recommend
Oltco Bristol enough, great price, great product, and the most amazing service. One last thing, a big shout out to Mr Moses who actually laid the material.

Where do I start. The guys arrived, removed all garden waste and dug out in unbelievable time, had the hardcore and concrete barrowed in my garden, no messing about. Poured the resin and were done in a few hours.. Celtic sea colour. Micheal from the start guides me through options and the guys delivered. Outstanding work transformed my garden. It is pricey but it's the boll'ocks 😉🤩
