Onedirect is my one-stop car to car radio shop.
Wanting to buy a car to car radio set and was encouraged by a mate to try this company, as he had had good previous service.
The radios chosen were Mitex Extreme and the price was good.
Having spoken to them about licensing etc, the order was placed.
I think I should have used the website to buy but instead ringing up, as this proved to be ok if a little clunky.
Having paid the invoice the radios received within 2 days. Great delivery service.
Having now got a Simple UK licence from OFCOM (£77), the radios are up and running.
I would recommend Onedirect to supply radios and accessories, with excellent customer service.

Onedirect never answers the phone
Onedirect never answers the phone, nor reply to emails, paying for express delivery it’s a waste of time, they deliver when they can, and the first buyer 20% discounts doesn’t work when buying online.

Misleading, Delayed, and Frustrating – Worst Supplier Experience- Half a Star for the Apology
There’s no option to give half a star—if there were, I’d give it just for the apology. Everything else was a complete letdown.
They accepted payment for an item that wasn’t in stock, then asked me to pay extra so they could source it elsewhere. What arrived wasn’t what I ordered, and even after all that, they still haven’t sent the correct item.
The entire experience was frustrating and misleading. Customer service was poor, and the process felt chaotic from start to finish.

Easy to order, had to order 3 pieces to reach min value prior to checking out which was a bit of an inconvenience. Ordered late on the Wednesday and received items the very next day which was quicker that expected

I was given an incorrect spec on a…
I was given an incorrect spec on a paired wireless item with a Video Conf bar- so after checking i had to re-order correct spec item and pay in advance. The return process was not straightforward and I had to arrange delvery etc. It took some time and quite a few calls/emails to sort (Make sure you retain all packaging intact until satisfied and best check compatability yourself).

Told me that the item had been discontinued 4 days after my order was accepted & would not provide an alternative at the same price.
Ordered a conference video bar and paid for it and my order was accepted. Four days later, around the date that the item was due to be delivered they contacted me to say that the model that I ordered was discontinued and offered me an alternative at £90 more expensive. I looked elsewhere online and found out that this alternative was actually the same price as the one that I had ordered. They would not match the price so I had to request a refund and purchased the item elsewhere. The item that was supposed to be discontinued was still showing as being available on their website almost a week after I had ordered it.
