I was skeptical at first but decided to give OneHourSiteFix a try after reading so many reviews. And I glad I did.

The price was reasonable; the work was outstanding, excellent communication throughout the process.

Expect the repair process to be a day in all. Overall I'm happy and satisfied with the service and their expertise.

Absolutely fantastic service and support. We have a complicated global setup of 7 websites hosted first through a cloud platform and passed through a CDN. Currently in the process of migrating to a VPS. We were the victim of a malware attack that took down 4 of our sites and infected the rest. Not only did OHFS repair the damage, they found all traces of the malware, advised us how best to set up, configured our hosts to run through their protection system but when we had some errors on our site caused by a staff member, we were able to send the backup files and database to them from our hosts before rolling back so they could check and clean before hand - we not only have updates on this on a daily basis but our speed has improved too. The friendly staff will check and reply to any problems we have day or night- I cannot fault this company and am only sorry it took us getting attacked to find them. I would highly recommend even if your site is fine

Had a great experience with the onehoursitefix team. Having a hacked/broken website has been one of the most stressful moments of my life - even more stressful than my messy divorce! Yet within a few minutes on chat I felt I was in good hands. Communication was excellent with frequent updates..and the site back very quickly. This was the third "website fixing" service I have tried and very glad I found them. What a relief! A* from me guys - if I could buy you a pint I would :-)

Since signing up after my website was hacked I have not been filled with confidence, I have been re-hacked on a number of occasions, and it was me who picked it up and had to inform OneHourSiteFix. Definitely not a 1 hour fix, the first took 3 days to get right as they missed things, the hacker had put a code in to re-install the hack. After this I was assured that I wouldn't be hacked again, low and behold I was, and again not a one hour fix as the name suggests. I thought my site was safe behind the firewall. Although I get the sense that the techs are passionate about their job, I really wasn't filled with confidence that they were looking after my site. These hacks have cost me in terms of customers and money, which has been a contributing factor to the decline of my business. Not impressed!

Update August 13th, 2019:
After the site(s) were fully secured, we worked through firewall settings, to fully get our unique email usage fully functional. This was a challenge because Hostgator.Com uses secure SSL/TLS and specific ports. We had initially ASSUMED all was fine when we could send email, but the real problem was incoming email. Topping that off, we have domains and sub-domains each using their own mail servers. To fully resolve firewall issues, we setup sharkgate at ourdomains.org email accounts on each server and forwarded it to their support account, which allowed OneHourSiteFix to configure everything correctly. Now even email is running smoothly! Thanks again Sharkgate / OneHourSiteFix for a job well done, Dave

We hired OneHourSiteFix.Com 8pm Tuesday, after another big name USA firm failed to secure our sites. OneHourSiteFix.Com had the hacked site back up in less than two hours and it has been rock solid since. They also secured three more sites the next day. We have one more site to add in 2019 and hopefully 10-20 over the next 2-3 years.

Besides site recovery, they also offer a front-end Fire Wall, Global CDN and Image Optimizing (still have to test how well it works).

Load time for our sites has reduced to 3-5 seconds on initial access and 1-2 seconds once cached on the CDN.

Their services have allowed us to remove Caching and Image Optimization plugins on all sites.

We also now feel safe using Contact Form 7 with reCAPTCHA.

Additionally, we have a Listings Plugin which will move to one of our sites and it allows image uploads. We do not expect any problems with it, as it also uses reCAPTCHA.

Lastly, their dashboard on Sharkgate.Net is fantastic! Within a few days what you see and learn from it, will further increase your faith in OneHourSiteFix.Com.

Our conclusion: If you learn & practice good deployment / management practices with your Wordpress sites, life should be fine if you use OneHourSiteFix.Com!

We recently awoke to the news that our company website had been shut down, our hosting company had quarantined it so it wouldn't damage their servers. Anyone searching for our site was greeted with an ominous message saying were suspended. Our hosting company is a large well respected global player, they informed us were locked out and we wouldn't be allowed back into our own site unless we enlisted the aid of a professional company.

They recommend a company who they trusted and yet was extremely expensive. Whilst searching for a review of the recommended site we accidentally came across one hour fix, the price difference was massive.

We decided to try one hour fix and were delighted with the response, especially considering the low fee’s. A real person contacts you, you don't need to be technical you just give them your login details and they handle the rest. We got regular updates via email from real people and we were fixed within around three hours of signing up for the service.

They even contacted us days later to ask if everything was ok, and gave us recomendations of what we should also do, and offered to take care of it for us and at no extra cost.

In summary, easy to deal with, no techie jargon you dont understand, they just get on with the job and keep you abreast of progress, custmer care is proactive. One of the best online commercial experiences ever.

It's not often I come on here to write review, but this company deserves it. I had no idea what to do when two of my sites were hacked. After reading positive reviews about them, I decided to try their service with one site. Within minutes they reached out to me and after another half hour they found the problem. It did take them a weekend to fix my site, but they kept updating me about the situation -apparently it was a terrible malware infection that needed more than average fixing.
