I was nervous about having a third party review our website but was very happy with the service provided and being kept up-to-date with progress. I feel I can trust OneHourSiteFix to cast their expert eyes on the site and tell me about any problems.

OneHourSiteFix did save my day supporting me by clearing a hack of one of my biggest customers site. The service is 24/7 and the staff is very patient, competent and pleasant! They really go the extra mail to make the cleaning proces a success. I would say: "excellent job!"

Lucky i found One Hour Site Fix on internet and as soon as you have contacted them they will start working for you A free scan and than they mail you whats wrong and what they can do I choose the packet which gives guarantee that you will be on line soon again And yes that happened I am on line again thanks to fantastic One Hour Site Fix . What a blessing it is after the shocking off line experience What also works very well they have a very good chat service where you can ask any question during the recovery process. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from SharkGate. Although the OneHourSiteFix actually took several hours, they were so incredibly helpful with all my questions. In order for them to work on the site, they needed some stuff (DNS & SSH) that I had no idea about, but they patiently walked me through how to find things and what I needed to do on my end. I will use their services again and have already recommended them to others.

We had some difficulties providing the correct access and as the go between for the client and One Hour Fix even I was getting frustrated!
At no point were the OHF staff anything less than completely courteous and patient.
Honestly I couldn't fault the service.

Originally I used them when my website was hacked and have kept up membership since.

I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve had minor issues with hosting and locked out of site since then and they fix things quickly - often whilst you’re still in the Chat.

Best of all is they are able to explain things very simply and coherently whilst evidently being computer whizzes. And that is rare!

Based on login records, they were not very quick to begin working on my site. The "one hour" claim apparently starts when your website is finally slotted for cleaning, which could be many hours later.

After two days, OneHourSiteFix was still unsuccessful in removing the malware from my website. The frustrating part is that I was unable to communicate directly with the techs, and they didn't really answer my questions or explain what was going on.

After waiting patiently for a couple of days, I hired a malware expert on Upwork. He promptly cleaned my site for $80, while giving me a phone call to answer my questions.

This is almost a scam service. They make many promises about fixing your site quickly but are most interested in getting you hooked on their firewall service. Be cautious.

UPDATE: They throw around the word "free" like they actually mean it. As posted on their website (after a bunch of clicks to find it), the firewall service starts ar $13.95/mo.

Fixed the site in a few hours. Excellent communication. Really saved the day!!!!

OneHourSiteFix was a saving grace for our charity when our website was hacked. I had no idea where to start to fix this problem and had no budget to pay. I reached out for help and it was given straight away without question. The website site was scanned, and cleaned and core files/directories were replaced. I was also given good advice about keeping the system updated and backed up. What a fantastic organization, with friendly and fast customer service. Highly recommeded.THANK YOU.

The website was fixed once, but hackers continued to compromise it, and the company couldn't protect it

To clean it again, you'll need to pay $35, even though I've already paid for a 6-month subscription and am only in the second month. However, you'll have to pay if the website gets hacked again even if this happened because they can't protect it.

I bought their rapid fix protect service and there was a huge delay but their team constantly works to try and fix any issue.

I'm tricky, 5 matches also. Was pro, reassuring and fast. Good marketing also, nice brand and team really, you guys rock.
