I had a financial situation that was causing a slight bit of strife occurring on my account. I spoke with a wonderful representative who assisted me with all of my needs and also offered excellent advice as well wonderful customer service, very courteous, very professional, and I enjoyed every minute of the call.

In June 2024, I started banking with OneUnited and signed up for their Secured Unity Visa Card. I call 877-663-8648 at least 5-6 times in one day to try to speak with a branch manager or a customer service representative. To date, I have not been able to reach a live representative to answer questions about my account or to file a Reg E claim for inaccurate transactions. Additionally, I pay my bill on the due date, but some third-party company holds the money for 1-2 weeks after the payment, and then this unknown company posts the payment in the next month. When I called to ask why you accepted a debit card payment on June 30th but failed to post the payment until July 7th or thereafter, I was told a ticket could be created, and someone would reach out to me, but no one has returned my call. I reached out a few more times to get a response, but the phone just rang for 3-4 minutes and then disconnected. If there are issues with the account, I am told to call Visa, but the employees with Visa are not able to assist with card account management. I was recently told the card would be closed out for poor payment history, but I paid the card on time, and the third-party company that OneUnited Bank has contracted is withholding my payment. to date, they still have not returned my initial $1,000, and the phones are not working again.
