I received a rug that was faulty…
I received a rug that was faulty (manufacturing fault), sent photos and email which was responded to very quickly with a return label link and replacement sent immediately.
Very happy with my experience and will definitely use the again.

Great selection of kit/timely delivery
I’ve purchased hunting kit and such from Online for Equine for years now. They always have a solid selection and deliver in a timely manner.
All other obvious equestrian sites I typically look at were sold out of the hunting frock I needed, but Online for Equine for the win! I ordered and received it in just a few days so I’m ready for hunting proper in a new and improved coat.

Super After Sales service!
Had a problem with a battery from some clippers bought a year ago. When I contacted Online for Equine, Francesca dealt with it extremely swiftly. She was great- friendly, efficient with excellent on-going communication skills. I received a replacement battery from the wholesaler less than a week later!
Super customer service - would happily buy from them again & recommend Online for Equine to anyone!
