I ordered my Belgravia Two-In-One Cargo trousers on the 12th of June 2026 and still haven't received anything. I tried to contact OnlytheBlind but I haven't gotten any response so I need and update of when I'm going to receive them or give me my refund please

Some made in England, which I Absolutely love, I try my best to find home grown gold and I really do believe I found it , thanks guys

Am 04.04.2026 bestellte ich 2 T-Shirts bei Only the Blind für 296.- Euro. Ich hatte im Vorfeld die Marke nicht gekannt und habe Sie bei einem Prominenten im Fernsehen gesehen und war neugierig. Angetan von der angeblich hochwertigen Qualität und dem aussergewöhnlichen Design bestellte ich, wie oben erwähnt direkt in England. 4 Tage nach erhalt der Zahlung teilte man mir mit, dass eins der bestellten Shirts nicht mehr lieferbar sei und ich die Möglichkeit hätte, entweder ein neues Shirt auszusuchen, oder nur das eine geliefert zu bekommen.
Ich entschied mich für ein weiteres Shirt und musste nochmals 28.- Euro aufbezahlen, da es in meiner Größe kein anderes Shirt zum vorherigen Preis gab.
Nun denn. Voller Erwartung kamen dann endlich am 15.04.2026 meine T-Shirts an.
Das Päckchen, oder vielmehr der Plastikbeutel war in einem verheerenden Zustand, geöffnet und wieder verklebt und wurde von UPS zugestellt.
In keinster Weise sah die Verpackung der Kleidung hochwertig oder angemessen aus. Immerhin hatte ich zwei T-Shirts im Wert von 324.- Euro bestellt. Der Plastikbeutel von Only the Blind wirkte völlig minderwertig auf mich, und es sah aus als ob ich direkt bei Ali Express oder Temu bestellt hatte.
Nach dem öffnen des zugeklebten Beutels vielen mir 2 Shirts entgegen. Das eine völlig verschmutzt und viel zu klein, das andere in Papier gehüllt, von der Passform Ok, aber auch verschmutzt.
Die Qualität der beiden Shirts ist OK, aber nicht bahnbrechend und lange nicht die aufgerufenen Preise wert.
Beide Produkte wurden laut Etikett in der Türkei hergestellt. Vielleicht waren meine Erwartungen zu hoch, aber ich habe schon hochwertiger T-Shirts anderer Marken erworben, zu einem günstigeren Preis und in einer viel besseren Verpackung.
Endtäuschend war auch der Kundendienst. Ich beorderte eine Retoure des einen Shirts, das andere habe ich behalten. Man teilte mir mit das ich ein Retourelabel bekomme und kein Porto bezahlen müsse.
Beim erstellen des Labels kann man aber nur die Retoure ausdrucken, wenn man bereit ist das Porto von der Erstattung abziehen zu lassen.
Nach fortgeschrittenem Emailverkehr wurden mir dann die Portokosten erstattet.
Alles in allem ein sehr endtäuschendes Einkaufserlebnis bei Only the Blind. Schade, denn die Motive sowie die Stoffqualität sind aussergewöhnlich, werden aber vom schlechten Kundendienst und der absolut miserablen Verpackung zunichte gemacht. Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Es war das letzte mal dass ich hier etwas bestellt habe.
