Exceptional customer service and top quality products.

I recently ordered from Spada and had to arrange an exchange. The whole process was handled quickly, professionally and without any hassle. The customer service I received was genuinely first class—friendly, responsive and focused on finding the right solution.

The quality of the motorcycle clothing is excellent and offers outstanding value for money. It's clear that Spada takes pride not only in its products but also in looking after its customers, which is becoming increasingly rare these days.

A big thank you to the team for making the whole experience so straightforward. I'll definitely be ordering from Spada again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality motorcycle gear backed by exceptional customer service.

Very poor at replying to all my queries - received both items but had to return 1 item back.

First it took some time is emailing the correct “customer service” team - when finally I had a response with clear instructions on how to return my item, I followed the instructions to the letter I still have not had my refund.

Email several times via multiple “customer service/support” email addresses and am still waiting for a response and more importantly my refund.

Great service fab product

The sole on one of my Spada boots came off a couple of weeks ago in the middle of a tour. I had to use a lot of duct tape to keep it going for the rest of the trip. Although I have owned the boots for 7 years, I only use them for 1 trip a year and I take very good care of them (I'm an ex-soldier and I know how to look after boots). There's no way a decent pair of boots, whatever their age, should fail so suddenly and catastrophically. That is not fair wear and tear.
When I raised this with their customer care team they told me the boots had run out of warranty (obvs) and just gave me the name of a cobbler. They showed no interest or curiosity about what might have happened or why, and just shrugged their shoulders. This says to me they have no pride in the quality of their products. Having had no joy with their CC team I reached out to a director on LinkedIn and have so far heard nothing. Very unimpressive & disappointing response.

Bought a hoody for myself as i loved the look of it. Fantastic build quality and materials. Can be a bit tricky getting on and off due to the armour, but once you learn the technique its simple. My wife liked it that much that I ordered her one too. Im think of getting the zip up hoody aswell for shorter rides. Delivery was prompt next day.
