So I went into their website during black week and they performed BIG FRAUD
So I went into their website during Black Week, and in the top it was a big banner declaring that if you buy for more than 500SEK you're supposed to get a gift.
Because of this I bought two instead of one of my face cream. I checked for fine prints or a code - NOTHING!!!
I never recieved the gift, and when I contacted them they said "sorry for being unclear, i will tell the correct apartment about this so we could add the fine print in the future".
And I didn't get my gift. WT*?
This is pure fraud. SO SO BAD.
And please don't tell me to contact you again, as I already been in contact with you (unless you're ready to send me the gift).

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. There was a sale on black Friday. When I put the items in the basket it was showing full price. I contacted customer service and they said they cant help me. I can only purchase the items only for full price even though I have send them screenshots. Disappointed! At the end I bought the same creams from Lookfantastic website even better price.

They are liars
They are liars. Their rewards points program is a fraud. They get you to spend money to reach loyalty levels and get rewards points, and when you finally want to redeem the points for a small gift, they tell you its out of stock. For my experience, i had over 500 points to redeem, and after the website didn't allow me to redeem for the item I wanted, I tried to redeem it for every other item and guess what? The website says "Sorry, you do not qualify for that item". The first customer service agent told me the first item was out of stock, and said i could get anything else on the list. That was a lie, I tried to choose any other item, and i couldnt. Then they said its all out of stock. It wouldnt even let me choose a $20 off coupon! I think whats going on is they are suffering in their business profits due to the economic recession, and are holding back on their rewards points products by cheating loyal spending customers who have supported them. Sad times, no integrity in this company that has turned scammy.

Highly disappointed! Having been given a small jar of the Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream last Christmas (which is AMAZING BTW), I ordered a gift pack of 4 Ginzing items reduced from £55 to £41. I really only wanted to the eye cream, But for the extra £20 figured the set was worth it. The parcel arrived within a reasonable amount of time, but all the products are tiny! The original eye cream was 15ml, the one in the gift pack is 5ml. The other products are 30ml which is more reasonable. I also chose 3 free items which never arrived (seemed too good to be true) and then when I tried to contact Origins, spent 20 minutes going through a process with a robot who was supposed to transfer me to a 'live agent', who never materialised. All a complete con. Rubbish customer service. I have to say this is a BIG SHAME as the original product was fabulous. Their shady practices put me off ordered anything else though.

I regret that I chose this brand. I paid £89 for the gift set and face mask. The caused allergies on my skin. I returned all product.They refunded money.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I placed an order months ago and it said the product was on backorder. Just called their terrible customer service and the rep told me my order was cancelled. No email or communication to me about this and I asked if the product is still on back order and the rep said no, it's available now. You have to wait on hold forever to talk to an actual person. Love their products but I may start looking around for an alternative brand.

Als ik eerst de reviews had gelezen dan had ik nooit wat besteld bij Origins, maar ik heb 3 dagen geleden een bestelling geplaatst en vandaag mijn pakketje compleet met leuke samples binnen gekregen.
Ik probeerde wel contact op te nemen met de klantenservice omdat ik geen order bevestiging per mail had ontvangen. Ik heb ze berichten via chat en Facebook gestuurd, ze hebben wel gereageerd. Mail functie en Whatsapp werken niet. Dus contact mag wel beter, verder was er niks mis met de bestelling.

Ich benutze das Makeup von Origins seit den 80er Jahren. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. ABER: Ich kann es nicht mehr online bestellen, die Hotline konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, der online Chat funktioniert nicht und eine E-Mail, außer um den Newsletter zu bestellen gibt es nicht. Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe. Ich bin so entnervt, dass ich nach fast 40 Jahren wohl mein Makeup wechseln muss. Schade!
P.S. Außer der Nachricht unten habe ich, obwohl ich mich an den Kundenservice gewendet habe, nichts mehr gehört.

Zeer slechte ervaringen!!
Afgelopen zondag bestelling gedaan, na 2 dagen zie ik dat deze bestelling geannuleerd is. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice via whatsapp (via andere kanalaen kreeg ik ze niet te pakken. Met excuses krijg ik te horen dat de producten niet meer voorradig waren. Op dat moment staan de producten nog op voorraad, dus gevraagd aan klantenservice of deze producten opnieuw kan bestellen, dat ze wel op voorraad zijn? Krijg bevestiging dat dit weer mogelijk. Een dag later krijg ik opnieuw te zien (moet hier zelf naar kijken, krijg geen melding) dat de bestelling is geannuleerd. Wederom contact opgenomen met klantenservice. Klopt, het is geannuleerd, geeft men aan, het is niet voorradig, terwijl het nog steeds op voorraad staat? Ennnn met 14 dagen kan ik mijn betalingen retour zien?? De producten vind ik geweldig van Origins, maar service is ver te zoeken en blijkbaar interesseert het Origins ook niet, ze komen niet met een passende oplossing hoe te bestellen?? En per omgaande gelden te retourneren??

Ich verwende einige Produkte von Origins zB die „Avocado“ Creme, ich habe eine Mischhaut, ich schmiere mich meisten Abends damit ein, mit der Creme hab ich am nächsten Tag so eine gute gepflegte und strahlende Haut dass ich teilweise nicht mal einen Primer verwenden müsste bevor ich mich schminke.
Der Duft ist auch sehr angenehm nicht zu stark aber sehr angenehm.
Dann habe ich noch die berühmte Orangen Tönungscreme mit LSF40 die passt sich wunderbar meinen hautton an ich bin so mittelhell, nicht so blass aber auch nicht so braun, wenn ihr versteht was ich meine.
Naja seit dieser Creme verwenden ich weniger an Foundation im Sommer, wenn schnell gehen muss ist die perfekt für mich.

Basically, their live agents are liars. What they did and what they said are totally different.
Service is terrible online, I purchased a duplicate order, and I want a refund. The live chat guy told me to drive 50 km to return my order. Is there any problem with Origins affording a shipping label? after that, they told me I could keep the stuff and give me a refund. There’s no refund and no further information from Origins, plus every time they said I will get an email confirmation in 24-48 hours, there’s always nothing received. I’m tired of this word game on live chatting on your website, and I do not want this refund.

If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do it! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I have received my products a month ago but missing one item. I chat with representative and she told me the item is being processed and I will get an email for tracking number in 2-3 business days. I was waiting for 2 weeks yet I haven’t receive any email.
I chat with other representative again asking the same question, but he just told me the same thing. I was so upset and I emailed the online customer service very nicely, describe my situation, but I just got the same answer that my item is being processed and will get tracking number in 2-3 days.
Today, I just emailed them asking if my item has been shipped and my tracking number, then after I got an email telling me the item that I purchased is out of stock. Lmao. This is taking so much energy and wasting my time to emailed them/talked to them. They could just tell me the first time that it was out of stock.
Very upsetting customer service. I won’t buy it anymore.

I never received my package although the delivery company said it delivered. I was here waiting by the front porch where they said they delivered it. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I have spent way too much time contacting the company via phone and now live chat without resolution. NEVER AGAIN.

I made an online order of over $200 online. When I originally signed on, it asked for my phone number and said that I would get 15% off by joining. When I checked out, the discount was not there. I decided to order anyway, and it said that I got free shipping if I ordered $14 more, so I increased my order by $14. Then, it said that I got free shipping if I ordered $7 more.

I placed an order in November it wasn't shipped yet. I tried to contact Origins 7, 8 times by email and never got contacted back. I have the emails to proof. This is an absurd!

I ordered a product. Only to have to chase them for an update over two weeks later. I was then told the product wasn't in stock when I bought it and that they'd now given a refund as it didn't happen automatically.
Companies should have a much more careful approach to selling items that are either low or out of stock.
Seems like this company relies on people not requesting refunds and keeps the forgotten cash.
I would avoid buying from this business. I'm not bitter, they are just in my experience very poor.

Cocoa powder instead of mushroom blend
I ordered a mushroom superblend and in the pack it only had cocoa powder. Absolute disgrace and illegal!! I will be expecting a refund and will not be ordering ever again. Big shame because on paper your products look really good.
