The boots fit to size! They said order a half size bigger but I’m a wide 12. I ordered a 12. They fit perfectly. You still want to wear them with fitted jeans. I ordered both the Tan and Black Chelsea boots. I’m happy with both, The boots came within a week. Both had brushes so I could clean them. I’m a happy customer.

If I could rate zero I would. I ordered a pair of boots on January 16th and was charged for the order. The anticipated shipping date continually changed for 3 months until I finally cancelled the order. Once cancelled I was advised that a refund would take 21-35 business days. I have waited out that process as well as today is the 36th business day and have not recieved a refund. It is now April 20th, no boots and no refund

Disclaimer: I was asked by ORO LA to leave a review, but the following content is my unfiltered experience.

I was initially interested in ordering "THE BEIGE KRIS JODHPUR BOOTS" from Oro LA, but reading the trust pilot reviews on this page made me very skeptical. Those reviews were useful though because I was able to learn a lot about Oro's terms of sale, shoe/boot sizing, and delivery time.

While I was still very skeptical, what drew me back to Oro LA was the fact that they make the best beige jodhpurs, that are actually beige. I researched many other brands like Saint Laurent, From the First, Story Et Fall, and many other custom boot making brands in Spain/Italy, and other parts of the world, and their "beige" was either really a mid-brown or gray. Hence why I chose to go through with Oro LA.

My advice to anyone ordering shoes online, regardless of the brand/company, is that you should REALLY know your shoe sizing. When I say this, I mean you should literally know the length of your feet when standing, the width at the widest part of your forefoot, the height of your instep, and whether you flat feet. You should ideally know these measurements in inches (in), centimeters (cm), and millimeters (mm). After that, you should watch some videos about Brannock Devices, and go get your feet measured by a professional. Don't do it yourself, unless you really know what you're doing, because you're more likely than not to screw up your measurements.

It's also important to know how materials stretch (leather vs suede), and what that means for your feet. Also boots are generally wider than sneakers, which means your true sneaker length / brannock size for length is likely to be more accurate than how it accounts for width.

Once I had all this information, I contacted Oro LA, and checked to make sure they had the boot I wanted in stock. Because they were out of stock, I corresponded with them for a few weeks until the date in which they received additional inventory. When they notified me of the stock, I purchased the product which was simple enough, and had it delivered. The purchasing and delivery was more enough simple.

Because I knew exactly what my boot size was (which is generally slightly different from your sneaker size), the boots fit like a charm, and I was pleased with the outcome.

While the reviews on here were helpful in learning about Oro LA's purchasing / exchange policy, what's more important is doing the due dilligence to have a deep understanding of your foot dimenions and act accordingly. I had a good experience with Oro and will purchase from them again in the future if they release another boot I fall in love with.

I ordered a pair of jeans and boots mid november last year.
The customer service (Tien) is always telling me that my order would come soon but nothing happens. This is going on for over 6 months now. On march 18 I was told my order was on the way but the provided tracking number is not valid and never has been. I am waiting for another 3 weeks now for them to verify what is going on with my order. It‘s just sickening. If I didn‘t order at Oro before I would be 100% convinced that this is a scam.

I ordered a shirt from them for $198.75 in September. So far in April I still have not received the shirt. They constantly deceive customers with information like production delay orders, we still don't have new plans... Stay away from this site. They cheat and appropriate property.

I bought a Beige Marini Combat boot, the quality, craftsmanship, and details on the shoe is excellent. The boots are super cool and look way better in real life than the pictures on Instagram which is rare. I own a lot of boots from different brands but this is my favorite. It comes with a cool suede brush. I back ordered the boots so they took a little while to arrive but Tien at customer care was prompt and super professional with replying my emails. Respect to Arthur the creative director, he designed a masterpiece. I wish the company all the best going forward. Peace

Terrible experience. I placed my order in December. Its not March and I still don't have my order. These guys are frauds. They said that the manufacturer dropped the ball in February. Its been a month since and still no update or response. Beware of this site.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY. SCAMMERS. Take your money and vevwr receive your product. This review is for my friend who ordered boots November 30, 2022 and never received them. And has to go through the bank to retrieve his funds.

I bought a pair of boots from ORO, however, they were one size too big, so I sent them back asking to be sent the correct size. Because I had put the boots on my feet, they refused to complete my exchange request and re-sent me the boots that did not fit. I was told that ORO's policy is that they will not do an exchange for a product that is "worn." ORO operates an online-only store with no physical locations to try on products. Therefore, one can appreciate since I ordered the boots online, the only way I could have determined that the boot's size was too large would have been to try them on. Furthermore, the boots remained in pristine condition with all original packaging. Their customer service is unacceptable for the price of their shoes and clothing.

I had an absolutely horrible experience shopping with this brand. This is probably the worst experience I have had buying clothes online. Initially, I had bought boots which were not at all to my liking as they did not even remotely resemble the images depicted through the website. It was not made aware at all while purchasing these boots that I would only be able to receive store credit. Once I decided to use the store credit and buy some shirts that they were offering as available on the website, I get notified some time later that certain shirts they were offering were apparently no longer in stock so I had to settle for a replacement they had given me. My initial order took place on January 3 and now its February 23 and I still have not received the shirts I had ordered. I would never shop at this brand again.

Would give zero if it weren’t for Brandon. Buyer beware these people are thieves. They currently owe me 500$ and have confirmed the debit and acknowledged that it would be refunded. It has been 6 months. They still owe me. I have engaged legal assistance in order to receive my refund. Do not do business with this company.

If I could I would give 0 stars, I have waited 4 weeks to get any information on my order and then after emailing and multiple phone calls someone reached out and said it's shipping mid March or end of it. When I place the order nothing was said to that or anything. This is the third time I have order and it's been nothing but a horrible experience. There's not guaranteed on getting your money back what so every , they don't care what so ever as well. Just a horrible company.

Tien, my customer support rep, was very kind and helpful in trying to assist me with my return, despite the fact that my item was past the 21-day window.

I’ve been shopping with this company for years and there has definitely been way more problems in the last couple years with orders, shipping, and product. I’ve waited 6 months for boots after placing my initial order from this company before, but still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I can no longer do that. I received a pair of the Classic Tan Chelsea boots from them a few months ago and just started to wear them recently when I noticed that they were completely mis sized. There has to be some quality control issues because I’ve ordered this boot before and usually get a new pair every 2 years and never had an issue, but the most recent pair is completely off..I’m not sure if the quality downgraded or what but these boots are so tight I can’t even wear them! I also put them up to a pair of boots from them in the same style/size and they’re significantly smaller. I work for an upscale boot/shoe company and I know when something is not sized properly and this was definitely the case. Considering the thousands of dollars I spent with them I figured they would be able to solve this issue and maybe let me exchange the boots for a different pair given the quality issue but I could barely get in touch with their non existent customer service, and when I did they flat out refused any sort of exchange even when I sent the pictures of my evidence. ABSOLUTLEY ridiculous. Never going to purchase anything from this company and if you’re reading this I advise you to stay away and save yourself the headache. Plenty of other better quality Chelsea boots and flannels that you could find somewhere else! Cheers.
