Absolutely love this company! I have my own rep that will text me back and forth on product and it’s been super helpful for sizing. I’ve spent between 2-3k here. People’s main b*tch is not getting something they ordered.. Don’t order something that’s out of stock and that won’t be an issue. Everything I have ordered that was in stock I got within a week. I have 2 items I ordered that I knew were on back order and I’ll have to wait 8 weeks. Who gives a sh**! The clothes are absolutely stunning and high quality! Nothing feels better than knowing you’re not only the best dressed but no one is ever going to be wearing your same fit.

I finally asked for a refund and was told it would take 21-35 BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back BUT if I’d “consider” removing this review, they would expedite my refund in 7-10 days! This company is unbelievable. How is it that the customer loses no matter what?! Smh.

Terrible.
Made a boot order well in advance so that they would arrive before Christmas 2022 as stated on their website for these specific boots. I knew they were back ordered and I read through all their shipping policies. I was well informed and made my purchase based on information I was given from their website. Well, here we are a couple months later and still no update. I’ve reached out many times and I get the same automated response telling me I’ll receive my order in “1-2 weeks if not sooner”
I have not asked for a refund because I have read many reviews stating it takes longer for that so just waiting it out.

I called in because my order wasn't shipped. I saw a bunch of other comments that they don't answer the phone so I called to see for myself. 1st call, no answer. Called back a little later and Tien answer the phone happily and provided a resolution. One pair wasn't there so he shipped my other pair so that I could make sure they fit. Which is exactly what I asked for. Simple things make people continue to shop somewhere. You can buy boots almost anywhere. I appreciate the service I received. Thanks Tien.

Update. It's a SCAM.

It's been 6 months and I haven't received the new pair. They won't refund my money either.

Craftsmanship is beautiful, they look great. They look just like on the website. The shoes do run a little big so make sure you size down.

I needed to get my order before a specific date as it was a gift, and the customer service was very helpful, Tien went above and beyond to accommodate for my request.

I returned a pair of boots on December 19th. Today is January 6th and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve been getting emails saying that my refund is still being processed. No one will answer the phone when you call either. Awful service

The product is good, high quality. The sizing between each shoe is not really very consistent so I'd order one by one if possible. I ordered 3 pair altogether (all same size), some fit a size too big and some too small. They should probably offer half sizes.

2 of the 3 were too large and needed exchange. If you are lucky to have Tein as your customer service support specialist, then you can expect great communication and follow through. This support specialist is the real MVP to Oro.

For me, I will wait for good product and service. With online retailers, you should expect it to take a little longer than a mainstream store.

Buy at your own risk!!! Purchased a pair of boots mid November 2022. It’s now mid January 2023 and still haven’t received them. Can’t cancel for a full refund. Store credit only. I would not recommend buying from ORO.

Update: Finally received my order after 2 months.

Don’t bother with Oro. They show you a bunch of nice promo codes offering you discounts on their home page (as most other stores do), but if you actually use them, you become ineligible for returns (store credit only - and it’s waaay deep in the fine print). Deceptive practice. I understand “sale items” being store credit only, but not full priced items + an introductory promo code. Shady way to win cash and business.

I purchased some boots that were on backorder and didn’t realize it. I needed them for Christmas so I emailed the company and received a response from a representative named Tien very quickly. I was given different options because the shoes I wanted would ship in a few weeks, so I decided to switch the style of shoe. Despite them arriving after Christmas I know they did everything they could to help. They arrived in 3 business days and not to mention the boots are great quality and would be worth the wait. I am very happy with my experience.

I have been going in circles with tien about my shoe delivery date for 6 weeks. A refund could take longer to come than the shoe delivery according to Tien. It should take minutes. Don't believe the positive reviews, just call customer service you will never get an answer. This 6'4" 225lb man will be knocking on their door.

Buyer Beware: Product not as advertised, and No Refunds -Avoid at all cost, scammy tactics!!

The scam is they basically offer you a discount code to use but in their return policy they state that they will NOT offer a refund if you use a discount code. Clearly, this shop is a scam and should be avoided at all cost.

I have ordered 6 pair of boots to try and see which ones I would like to keep. After waiting for 2 weeks, I had no update on the order and no answers fro customer after multiple emails. Another week goes by and I received 2 out of the 6 pairs but returned due to sizing issues. They would only offer store credit due to their scammy tactics while the shoes were purchased at their full sale price during Black Friday sale.

In addition, they want me to wait 31-45 days to process the refund for the 2 pairs as they would not be in stock until late December or next year. While they charged me twice for another pair and only send me one pair for double the price.

This whole company is a scam with overrated and over priced items. Please take a look the reviews before buying anything fro this poor and scamming brand.

I will be issued store credit for over $1,500 for their store to steal money while I don’t have any desire to purchase anything from them and I just want my money back.

Please avoid this company like the plague.

Can't say enough for the customer service and the solutions provided to a not so happy moment. Appreciate Tien and the way my situation was handled!! Thank you and can't wait to get the items! Cheers happy holidays 🥳

I had an issue with my order and customer service responded within a few days (as advertised). I explained my issue in one email and received a credit for a future purchase with no questions asked, an explanation for the issue, and an apology from management.

If I could give minus stars I would. Failed to deliver a product after 8 weeks, charged my card on day one, promised a refund and didn’t process, no one answers the phone and e-mail replies take days. Ultimately had to go to bank dispute which drew Oro’s attention right away and received a spiteful response to my request to refund a 500 charge

The marketing for the return policy blasts "Free Returns". When I shipped my items back because they did not fit, and I was told I could only get a credit for appeal. They stated that only shoes can get a return. The fine print somewhere says this they said, but it does not line up with the marketing of 'Free Returns'. I made them away of this deception and they still would not return my money, even though all goods were returned in perfect condition. Deceptive.

Tien was gracious to allow me to return some items after the allotted return times. The customer service was impeccable.
