Terrible experience only ordered 4 pens and at no point did I subscribe to anything . 4 weeks after original package I ordered arrived I recieved email telling me another 4 were on the way. I contacted customer service and cancelled my subscription but my bank account has been charged for the 2nd lot even though I did not sign up to any further shipments other than 1st 4 pens.
Think very hard before using this company. 1 star is to high as far as I am concerned .

My mother ordered only 6 nail pens, but she received 12 instead. She decided to keep 6 to try them and returned the other 6.

The return shipping cost €24.90, which was very expensive. The company required the return to be sent with a tracking number, but they did not provide a recipient phone number. The post office required one, so I had to use a different phone number just to send the parcel.

I still don’t know whether we will actually receive the refund.

Please be careful before ordering from this company. Read the return policy carefully. I would not order from them again.

Terrible expierience and still going on!
I never agreed to order 11 pens! Tricked me to somehow from order of 3 to get extra 8. Straight away (in less then 10 minutes) I contact their professional respond customer service (very robotic - chat GPT works well for them) to tell me that order was already dispatched and nothing can be done until i receive the goods. So i waited...3 days ago package arrived; Now since yesterday i am trying to arrange return follow by refund however customer service again quick in respond but not helpful told me their system dont show them items been delivered. My proof of package and email seem not working either i now should wait until there system will catch up and this should be in my benefit as was told by robotic customer service!
Lets see how long this will take!

I better watch my bank for any more transaction coming out otherwise will need to report as fraud and get authorities to get involved.

At no point did I agree to receiving 3 pens every 60 days yet I've just had notification that a further payment has been taken!! I made, what I thought was a one off purchase.
Nowhere on the website - or in the email from them confirming my repeat order - can I see the option to cancel. Have requested they cancel the order and take the goods back so will see what their response is.

Finally managed to cancel my subscription today after a trail of emails to and from Orivelle - Mia from the support team was very helpful though. They don't make it easy and although I've ended up with double the amount of capsules I originally wanted and spending twice as much as I intended, at least that's it. I've upgraded my initial 1 star review to 3 given the support I've had from Mia and the fact that the product is actually working.

Awaiting to hear from them re cancellation ordered today and cancelled today . Much more money charged than I thought Bank now blocked my car

They are total scammers paid for I item and they charged me for 5 they cancelled the order guess what got a message it was on its way my bank helped me out got my money back they were also going to charge me every month !!! goods arrived I have asked for a return label as I am being honest no reply stay clear of this company!!!!

I was charged for three pens and one was supposed to be free. Total of order should have been 27.96 for the sale price on two, but was charged 53.00. No consent for purchase was allowed. Order charged and confirmed after I went to paypal. No chance to confirm or deny. Could not cancel sale. Contacted them immediately and they said it had already shipped. So I tried the pens and one lasts less than a week on just three toes. Would only last days if needed on ten.

They are scammers stayi away from this company .

Before I ordered this product I checked where it was shipped from and I was told Texas and in other US states I went to order the buy two get one free the 995 a piece plus tax with free shipping which would have been under $22 they billed me $44 I found that out by checking my online banking 30 seconds after my purchase I immediately sent an email to cancel my order and I was told that the order had already shipped which was totally impossible I was never notified that it was shipped until 14 hours later do not buy from these people they are dishonest and I believe the product ships out of China beware

Awful customer service. Please do not buy from there. They setup the website so that once you select the order you get billed automatically without asking to confirm. Good luck trying to cancel. They claim they are unable to cancel that you should wait for the product to arrive then return it. To return it is fiasco. After going thru a lengthy process you have to pay to return the product. They make it so difficult that leaves no choice other than to keep the undesired product. A pure Scam!!

I placed an order on the website. The website is misleading and did not show the total of the basket and took double what I was expecting to pay. I contacted the company to cancel immediately, they gave me a rubbish answer saying they couldn’t cancel, but they could amend my order?? They advised I would have to wait for my order and then request a refund. I have been going around in circles and don’t believe they will refund me.

SCAMMER ALERT. Was charge for 6 pens I didnt order. Was unable to cancel order when I saw a double payments come out of my bank acc and double charges when delivery was supposed to be free. Stay away from this Company they are Fraudulent / Scammers whatever you want to call them. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT.

They completed payments without the buyers consent or checkout, claimed they have shipped out the product on the same day they completed the transaction without my consent. Many emails within minutes which alerted me to check on TrustPilot. I see I have been signed up for subscription which I obviously didn't so cancelled. I then contacted them to cancel and they offered me the origional product, when I refused and asked for refund I received emails stating they have already taken the money and shipment on the way so too late to cancel.
Filed a claim with PayPal and now waiting for updates.

I agree with the negative reviews. I ordered 1 pen, was billed for 4 and see that there is a recurring subscription that I didn't sign up for. Have emailed them. Not surprising no reply! Shame on people like these that scam innocent people. Lesson learnt.

I have used the pen for 3 weeks and it is the only thing that has ever worked. The product arrived on time and was reasonably priced. I would totally recommend it. My feet are finally happy feet. Thanks team I am looking forward to summer and showing my toes!

Order made in error they refuse to cancel and refund saying it has already left the warehouse and out for delivery I am still waiting for it too arrive!! They have said I cannot refuse delivery as per their returns policy I have had to get my bank involved only use this company if you are desperate

I hope this is allowed. I have twice ordered terms from companies likethis. Didn't learn my lesson Ist time. I ordered and payed by Paypal. Received item which was useless. Then short time Later I noted a £134 payment taken from my Paypal account. I contacted the company - no response. So I reported to paypal. They refused my claim saying the company said Ihad signed an agreement. I ventover that sitewith a fire tooth comb and nowhere hadI signed an agreement.
