They complete payments without the buyers consent or checkout. Very sneaky and unscrupulous business.

I am currently in a battle with them for a refund, which they have refused to issue, claiming they have shipped out the product on the same day they completed the transaction without my consent. Now they are making offers of 50% discount for me to keep the purchase, which i have severally told them I do not want! Very unscrupulous and fraudulent business.

Do not use them .They said it was delivered but I’ve never seen it just keep coming up with excuses.Bet it doesn’t work either

Ordered one pen for £16 and they have taken £53-94 from my account been intouch with bank and trading standards tried to cancel order but they still sent it asked for return details but no answer avoid big time scammers

I am a pensioner ordered 3pens get 3 free £27 they took £54 from my bank plus another £42 for an order i hadnt placed I tried to cancel at the bank first then with them wasnt successful I received 12pens in total,I returned them with a tracking num and photo saying they had been signed for at their end still No luck its shameful PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT ITS AT SCAM

Do not use this company, I bought a £20 order and somehow I was charged over £100 for items I did not choose.
I raised a complaint requesting a reimbursement within 5 hrs, was told I would have to amend the order not cancel it as shipment had already been made despite Receiving a notification stating that all European orders have a 24day delay.
This is a scam do not give them you money!!

Paid for a pen with Apple Pay but got emails galore wanting to press blue links to update shipping address as I wouldn’t do it I gave them address in email to be then told it can’t be updated as it’s already shipped and gave me some nonsense excuse to contact the carrier directly
Absolute scammers avoid at all costs

Ordered one was billed for the one plus 3 more!
Then told it was already processed and on its way and couldn’t be changed!
A scam….🙁 Don’t use them.

They took my money from my account three times one time and didn’t respond they are thief don’t trust them still they owe me £105.29 I will go to bank tomorrow and report I don’t know why banks paying them without my permission don’t trust them

I would do so. As others have written this company is absolute trash. If you place an order and provide a credit card they immediately double your order and charge your card more than once. They then tell you delivery will be in 20+ days and that you can not cancel your order. When you persist to cancel they tell you the order you placed was shipped immediately and can not be cancelled.
I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank and cancel my debit card to stop their fraudulent charges. If you read reviews from those who have actually received their product, that too is unfavorable. They are reportedly shipping from CHINA when they do ship their product. This is a company you should avoid at all costs!

Absolutely rubbish, took ages for delivery by ‘reflex’ incorrect time window. If I had know the items were coming from China, I would have reconsidered. Stay away from this supplier.

DON'T USE THEM I ORDERED 1 PEN BUT KEPT BEING TOLD ONLINE ORDER UNSUCCESFUL TRY AGAIN ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY ALMOST £100. TESCO SECURITY STOPPED ACCEPTING ORDERS AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS THANKFULLY.

I cant unsubscribe getting emails from this company....who I have NEVER subscribed to or ordered from!! The unsubscribe button doesnt work. Driving me mad!!! Cant find how to contact this company. My advice ...AVOID!!!

Similar to previous reviews, I found their marketing confusing. Thought I had ordered one pen at £8.99 with free shipping to find I had ordered 6 pens at a total of over £53. Immediately I realised I contacted them but like others, I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it had been processed. They said I could return them upon receipt but I wouldn’t trust them to refund me and I would have to pay the postage to the States. Don’t touch them! False marketing. Still awaiting my six pens for one fungal nail. If they are so effective why would you want so many! Big scam!

Ordered 2 pens get 1 free for £23 but when asked to confirm order all of a sudden bills me for £101 .. total scam of a company and they don’t answer any emails

Terrible ordering.. completed order of 3 pens and they added 6 more .. to cost of over £70.. I tried to cancel immediately and got a message to say already been dispatched..I’ve tried to get an address for this company to return.. ignored for days, now they’ve offered a refund of 40 %.. NO.. what am I going to do with9 pens.. and so annoyed I want a full refund.. they even threatened a return to be sent to America.

Unbelievable, I put my order in for the 3 pens job lot, in bold green complete your order, so I pressed to complete, to my surprise trying to pay, I had to go through so many other offers, then I realised was had taken placed, multiple pens were added, which I don’t want, not clear in tiny light coloured typing, straight away, after the order, I wrote saying I didn’t want the extra 6 pens nor can I afford to pay this sum £77 for pens, so in plenty of time before the order was sent out, got an email back today saying how wonderful they are but won’t stop the order being sent out, I wrote back saying, the above and how prompt I was to sort it out, right after the order, the order was placed 26.1.26 and received email today 28.1.26, this is truly a con, we should have a right to change the order, especially when the purchase technique is stealing money!!! Will update the outcome..

AVOID this company. You are guided to their product with a low cost sample offer of ONE PEN at £8.99 but when the invoice arrives you find you have been billed for 6 at £54.Despite informing them of the incorrect information (SCAM) you are ignored and they continue to inform you that the goods have been despatched. At time of writing not sure if they will arrive, but if they do they will be returned. My bank has been informed
