I was sucked in, pardon the pun, by fake reviews of the UK’s top 5 hoovers where the Osmo Provacuum was top of the list. Was a Halloween sale and reduced so bought it at £126, a bargain! It arrived a month later allegedly from Amsterdam and the whole thing is A SCAM!
Arrived in an unbranded box like a child’s toy, featherlight and in several bits of plastic. An obvious Chinese mass produced knock off! “Hoover” had no suction and lost 100% charge in just over 5 minutes. I kicked off and they offered a 30% refund to keep it and the usual Chinese jiggery pokery. I contacted my credit card company and miraculously got a full refund after a few days from Osmo. DO NOT BUY the thing is now in bits in the bin!!

Katastrophe...nicht bestellen....alles vollkommenner..Betrug....testsieger.sollte es sein...Geld bekommt man auch nicht wieder....habe 129 Euro bezahlt...für nur mist...app kann man nicht herunterladen...wenn man dann den Kunden Service anschreibt...gibt es die adresse nicht ...

Nicht die bestellte Ware. 2 Wochen Lieferzeit und dann Chinaschrott ausgeliefert. Die gleiche Ware hätte ich bei Temu 60% günstiger bekommen. Finger weg!!

Dubiose Firma. Habe eine Webcam gekauft, angeblich Testsieger. Habe per E-Mail vom Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht. Hotline bot mir darauf hin 10 % Nachlaß an, habe abgelehnt. Dann boten sie mir 20 % Nachlaß an, habe wieder abgelehnt und auf Rücksendung bestanden. Dann sollte ich Fotos von den Einzelteilen machen und senden. Letztendlich soll ich die Ware nach England schicken, steht auch so in der Widerrufsvereinbarung und ist auch in Ordnung. Also Paket Nicht EU Land 29,99 Euro verschickt, Foto vom Paket und der Versandquittung an Osmo geschickt. Ein paar Tage später bekam ich mein Geld zurück. Das war das Einzig positive an der Sache. Dann nach einigen Wochen kam das von mir gesandte Paket zurück mit der Begründung, Empfänger hat die Annahme verweigert. Gebühren für die Rücksendung von 10,- Euro habe ich dann auch noch übernommen, weil ich mir weiteren Ärger wegen evtl. Einlagerungsgebühren bei DHL ersparen wollte. Also 40,- Euro rausgeschmissen für minderwertige Ware. Firmensitz ist in Norwegen, Ware wurde von Deutschland aus Dreieich über ein Versandzentrum in Duisburg geliefert und Rücksendung ins Vereinigte Königreich. Macht ja wohl Sinn. Finger weg von dieser Firma. Habe einmal vergessen vorher die Bewertungen anzuschauen, dann sowas.

I brought this vacuum because like most people I saw it advertised on social media! It took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did I was shocked by the size of it! I actually asked the delivery driver if there was another box - it’s tiny!
Its construction is really poor (I’d liken it to a child’s toy!) The actual unit itself is faulty and the drum latch keeps opening on it own dumping dust & items it’s picked up everywhere! The attachments are awful, I’d say completely unusable! DON’T fall for it, this is a rubbish product and I am really disappointed and want to warn everyone DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON,T BUY THIS ITS A SCAM!

Got back to me quickly and gave me the solution right away.

We are still awaiting delivery of a hoover order placed on November 16th , on tracking it shows the order was received and processed on 20th but concerned as that was 9 days ago and still no delivery or notification of a delivery date . We were grateful and relieved to receive a (swift) reply when e mailed on the chat line and hopefully will receive our hoover in the next couple of days .

I think that since I immediately saw the addition of a second unit on my invoice I tried to cancel the order. I could do so online so I sent an email. The Support person responded within 2 hours and informed me that it had already shipped. I gave your guy a 4 rating because your fulfillment department is amazing. Business school could learn from your process, or maybe that is a standard response to people not wanting the additional unit so they have to return it in 14 days.

Bezorgd op zondag, het pakketje niet kunnen vinden. Na versturen klacht heel snel een reactie. De leverancier en de bezorger hebben er alles aangedaan om het te traceren. Oplossing? Een nieuw product, geld retour, keuze aan mij. Na uitgebreid zoek van mijn kant, pakketje toch gevonden. Uiterste correcte en snelle behandeling door leverancier. op verzoek ook binnen 4 uur een compleet Nederlandse handleiding ontvangen.

Long wait for delivery but good customer service response when enquired as to where my order was.
