On May 14 2024 I ordered a book from an Amazon partner, one supposedly located in Montgomery, IL, although the bookseller's parent company is in the UK. I suspect the bookseller shipped the book from the UK because I live in Texas, due south of IL, and the book arrived at the OSM facility in Secaucus, NJ, on June 13 2024. Today is June 24, and the book is still in the OSM facility in NJ. To say that this is a disgrace is, obviously, a tremendous unterstatement.

I placed an order through ebay and the item was shipped USPS with OSM being Shipping partner. was picked up on Friday June 14th in Chicago, didn't arrive at Glendale Heights until June 18th and left the same morning. Less than a 10 hour drive to Nashville. Its now been 30 hours since it departed and is still not in Nashville. I think these companies (including USPS) should quit using them. Very poor service.

What a terrible 3rd party shipper. They claim to be an asset to the USPS by being a last mile shipper, but with their logistics you would be better off doing a cross country trip and picking up your package yourself. What an absolute joke of a shipping company, 21 years in business is amazing with a logistics model as laughable as this.

If you are a seller looking for a package handling service, just give it to the USPS or whoever directly. Your customers will thank you.

So sick if scams. The seller uses this company and I don't know until after my product ships. When I see OSM, oh no not again. I know I'll never receive it. OSM is a scam shipping. Their tracking numbers are invalid with USPS. Red flag. Now I'm out more money and must start over. Ask your seller who they ship with. If it's not directly uses, run. Do not order from them especially if it's OSM.

This has to be the biggest joke of a frieght forwarder in the entire world. Congrats OSM, somebody had to take the prize.

Seller claimed it was using USPS. OSM picked it up in Keensville, NY on May 26 2024. It is 9:30 PM. It has not shown up anywhere in 9 days! Keensville is about 416 miles away.

I also will be leaving a negative review for my seller because of the shipper that was used for sending my order. I ordered a book on May 19, 2024 to be used in a class starting June 4, 2024. The delivery date was to be between May 25 and May 30, 2024. OSM Worldwide picked it up on May 20, 2024 but then gave it a joy ride to who knows where before it arrived at their shipping facility in Glendale Heights IL on May 29, 2024. Then things got better or so it seemed. It left Glendale Heights the next day. It only took one more day for the book to arrive at the USPS Regional Facility in Kansas City KS on May 31, 2024 and then was transferred to Wichita KS later that same day. Now however it has taken two days for the USPS to acknowledge receiving it and the latest from them is that the book will finally be delivered no later than 9:00 p.m. on June 5, 2024.

Incredibly slow. OSM for some reason held the package for 5 days in one location before passing it on to USPS who are now delivering it the same day they received. To be fair, we are still inside the original guesstimate time of arrival. I was in no big hurry to receive this package (a book). Part of the reason I purchased from the eBay vendor was it was so cheap with shipping included. I am guessing OSM rents the book out for a few days to subsidize their costs.

I ordered an item from a Colorado-based vendor, 40 miles from me. OK, cool. You picked it up in Colorado Springs. 40 miles from me. OK, cool. Hop, skip, and jump down Colo. 115 and U.S. 50 and I should have it, right?

So what is my package doing in GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS?????

The Pony Express was faster and more efficient. I can't do anything at this point to change the vendor's "Shipping Partner" but I can (and will) never buy from that vendor again as long as they continue to use OSM Worldwide as their chosen "shipping" partner. (Question for vendors who do use this scam company: What planet were you folks on when you chose OSM and what were you smoking while you were there?)

I buy a lot of used books, and two of the major online booksellers (neither is Amazon) use OSM. As reported by 95% of people on here, pkgs make it to York PA or Glendale Heights IL, and then they sit for one to two weeks as USPS "awaits item." They seem to operate using the same tortoise-paced bulk shipping practices as the godawful UPS Mail Innovations (which directs pkgs in my region to Smyrna TN to rot in a warehouse). What it comes down to is, these companies are boosting their profit margins at the expense of prompt customer service. But who cares about customers, right? They have no recourse except to wait, and the freight company is only responsible to their shareholders.

So confusing. My package was delivered from Smyrna TN to Austell, GA where it has literally sat for 3 days and now been scanned again as having just "arrived" again, as if it has not already arrived and been scanned 3 days earlier. Then an hour later it departs the facility finally but no further info , USPS is still "awaiting item" and no ETA. $300 in skincare products I ordered almost a week ago. I ordered other products the same day from different companies that have already been delivered. Why anyone would use this shipp8mg partner that is clearly useless and moving things around or.golding onto things in order to up charge their vendors is beyond me. This company needs to be shut down. Total scam.

This shipping company is wasteful and is moving packages all over for no reason but to up cost the freight. I had a package fly into NY, NY and then shipped to York, PA. I live in Hanover, PA 30 miles away. OSM decided to ship my package to Aston, PA which is 97 miles due East and above Philadelphia. When it re-ships, if it re-ships, the package will travel back through York to get to Hanover. If it needed to go to Aston, PA then why not from NY, NY as it was CLOSER.

NOW it's all coming back to me! What's just happened with an eBay purchase happened once before (with a different eBay merchant) . . . but since sellers don't disclose the shippers they use, we can't avoid making the same mistakes. Like the earlier seller, this one uses OSM Worldwide, a shipper that "partners" with USPS. And, as before, it's taking OSM forever to get my small, inexpensive item into the hands of USPS. I ordered on April 23rd. USPS tracking site, per USPS tracking number provided by seller, shows item picked up by OSM the next day. Here we are, 11 days later, and there's been no update at all to the tracking information. (Item not yet given to USPS; item is still sitting who-knows-where.)

I'm also giving a poor review to this merchant, for using OSM. I doubt that sellers bother to read reviews of shippers, before picking the cheapest one . . . but if this seller, or any other, had bothered to look into OSM -- or cared about the many poor reviews THEY'VE gotten because they use OSM -- they would see the easy-to-find tons of negative OSM reviews on Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau (all of which cite the very same issues).

Had an order come in internationally to NY in 2 days. Made it from NY to GA in 1 day. From GA to OSM Worldwide in Glendale Heights, IL, their world headquarters, in 1 day. For 14 days it sat there showing 0 updates. Still haven't gotten my order. Tried their customer service and it was useless.

Shipped a week ago from 600 miles away. Now package went completely the wrong way and is about 1200 miles away and USPS still doesn’t have the package. Worst shipping co EVER!

Ridiculously slow and when asked where my package was they blamed USPS even though tracking clearly states that they have the package! Package was rerouted nonsensically from my home town through at least two other distant cities. I cannot stand these worthless companies like this that do nothing but cause problems for everyone.

Slowest delivery service in existence. Avoid if you can!!!

Claims 2-5 day shipping but always ends up being more
