Excellent customer service from start to finish. The delivery was fast, communication was prompt, and the team was incredibly helpful in resolving all my questions. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Outwell to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer support.

Very easy website to use and efficient service .

Order arrived in a timely manner and overall experience was positive. I find Outwell products to be at a high quality level.

Good quality products. Everything arrived promptly and safely.

Bra produkt snabb leverans.

It's an Outwell beach shelter.
Very poor quality and fragile.
Hard to put together. Impossible to get the right size to fit in the bag. So it turns out to be disposable. It's pretty airtight. Rating 1

Updated on 6 August 2026. After 3 weeks I finally received a reply to the email that Outwell asked me to contact. They offered me a voucher for £40 provided that I provided a photo with their logo removed, of the leaking airbed. As I said in my responding email, as the leak had occurred mid camp, we had no choice but to purchase a Decathlon airbed and dispose of the Outwell airbed, They may as well offered me a £100 voucher as they know I had no way of sending in a photo. Buyer beware of this company!

I bought 2 Outwell excellent single airbeds last year. They have been slept on for 4 nights and one of them developed a slow leak on our last camping trip. This meant one of us had to go and purchase another airbed. For the price and the amount of time slept on, I may as well have got an airbed for less than half the price. Not happy at all. I would have given one star, but my airbed hasn’t developed a leak yet but I have no confidence in the product now. Tried to get a refund from where I purchased, but they are no longer in business.

saved my holiday
ballentine 6SATC is out of service
but Outwell was able to still fix an airtube!

Altid en fornøjelse at handle på Outwell+++++

Jamen jeg elsker bare jeres udstyr.
Vores Charleston 7 TC air er bare pengene værd

Bustent bought santa monica air very satisfied with the purchase .very easy to assemble.very good

Mooi design koelbox.

Very good – Delivery was very fast.

Not so good – The delivery cost could have been lower.

Bad – The product was more expensive. Other products are often available from distributors in Latvia at much lower prices than on your website. However, this particular product was not available anywhere else, so I chose to buy it directly from you.
