We had 4 of our 5 beams fail (bulge) in 20-30 mph winds on a £2100, 4-year-old Outwell airbeam tent. We invested in this brand of tent expecting at least 10 years of family fun. Upon inspection, the b...

Wish I’d not bought direct from Outwell…
Placed an order with Outwell directly because even though the tent I bought cost more from them than from UK suppliers, I mistakenly thought I’d get the best service and product from them. I regret this now because the tent has never been delivered and it seems to be an error on their side as all they’ve told me is that “there’s no tracking number and we’ll get back to you.” They’ve not got back to me and I’ve not got my tent. I am now going to have to try and get the money refunded but I needed the tent! Not impressed at all. I can’t comment on the product quality etc as I’ve never received it.

Super god service
Super god service.
