won money but impossible to verify address so cant get it out. when you sign up they encourage you to lie and say you are from another state not qld then its either buy more tickets with winnings or lose it , not recommended am signing up with the lott at least they are honest and pay out.

I use to love this app but a glitch in the app resulted in them taking $120 from my PayPal without my authorisation. I logged a PayPal dispute so Oz Lotteries locked my account. I got an email saying the funds were just in my Oz lotteries app so I canceled the Paypal dispute. They are still refusing to unlock my account. I have over $200 sitting there and they are not letting me access it. They then send me an email asking me to reply with sensitive personal identifiable information OVER EMAIL! Anyone with half a brain could scrape my details and use them. If they can't even follow basic security protocols then it makes me wonder how secure my information is with them. Use a different app because this company is dodgy!

easy to use fast and quick don't have to go to the news agent i love it

It's easy to PAY and PLAY but not so easy it seems to get money OUT of Oz Lotteries. Made 2 withdrawals and both were money taken out of my OzLottteries account, but neither turned up where they said they'd been sent to. Over a week of chasing and continual chats and tickets, conflicting reasons, stories, excuses from customer service. I even tried sending them a PayPal bill for what they owed me, and that was ignored too. I eventually got my money after several negative reviews were left. Great way to play, and lots of options, but what is the point, if you win but then can't get it out??

Don’t wast your money it’s scamming . Don’t believe the fake reviews, if buy tickets from this app it means you through your money to rubbish bin

Great app, efficient respons when purchasing tickets as well as the results. Easy to buy the tickets anytime. It's not like you have to go and buy at the newsagents shop so thanks for make it easier for us. Greatful to be part of this service.

It's a great way to buy tickets, however there have been a few occasions I have had a confirmed purchase like for yesterday's Saturday Lotto deducting from my account but after the draw no tickets were found. I bought 36 games for last night's draw🤔
