PACIFIC COAST FEATHER HOME INC Avaliações

It was fast delivery, the pillows were packaged in such a pretty way and they are so comfortable! Would/will buy from Pacific Coast Feather Home again.

This pillow is not for me. I want to return it.

Pillows much too hard and lumpy

The pillow was not as firm as I had been hoping. Yes, down pillows CAN be firm. This one was not, even though it said it was in the description.
They are getting a high star rating because returning the pillow was an easy process. 1. I emailed them my issue. 2. They sent me a prepaid return label. 3. I used the box and packaging the pillow came with, and sent it on its way. I still haven’t received my refund, but I’m sure it will show up soon.

I am still waiting two months for the pillow that I ordered. It still has not arrived.

Beautiful pillows, but need more dense pillow.

The pillow itself was not as plush and soft as I was hoping it would be for that price.

Beautifully made. Soft and exactly as advertised. Excellent workmanship and wonderful packaging. This pillow is super nice.

Nice comforter a little thinner than I expected. Can be more bulky. I guess for cold comfort it needed to be lightweight

I’ve owned many down comforters over the years all resulting in down feathers spewing from the seams of them after a year. Thank god I finally went to Pacific Coast! The down is so much fluffier and soft. The seams are sturdy and let’s just say this is a dream comforter.

Great construction and comfort. Light weight but very warm. Great buy for the money.

The pillows are much too Firm!
Hard and Uncomfortable...
Is there a different pillow that is feather soft?

Love the pillows we just received.

I love my pillow thank you so much

Trying to return a pillows I purchased! BAD service!!! Don’t buy!!

Everything was shipped quickly and packaged nicely..I'm just not a fan of the cooling pillow I purchased. To much padding, even though I removed one of the two included, and it doesn't seem that much cooler than the pillow I replaced.
