I thought the pillows would’ve felt more like fluffy cloud like hotel pillows but they’re firm and not fluffy.

Most comfortable bed ever!

In my opinion, Pacific Coast is the best for my feather pillows. Just the perfect loft for sleeping on all sides and reading as well. Absolutely no smell to these either. Wouldn’t look elsewhere!!

they are fabulous, a little over full but I know it will relax

Bought a luxury down pillow 5 years ago I was trying to replace with an equivalent. For the same $140 pillow it is smaller and does not feel as comfortable, even a little crunchy in comparison.

We will never buy any other pillow brand, its like sleeping on a cloud, 2nd time customer!

Pillows were packaged beautifully and we are very happy with them.

Not as fluffy as I hoped

The feather pillow that I received as a gift more than ten years ago finally wore out. Truthfully, if I had known how to care for it, it probably would have lasted another 10 years. Luckily there was a tag on the side and even more fortunately the manufacturer was still in business. That should tell you all that you need to know. Just like their product the company itself is a keeper.

I'm not sure that I ordered well.
I slept on a Pacific Coast Feather Home pillow when I was on vacation in Phoenix. I have been having a problem with a sore
trapezius muscle and it got better when I was there. I couldn't get a description of the pillow from the owners so I used my best guess but it wasn't anything like the one I slept on, which was smaller in size and not so heavy (I am a small person).
I haven't used it although I tumbled it in the dryer once to try to soften it. I would like to return it.

High quality. Never fails to please. Worth the money. Think of it as an investment,

The king sized duvet is narrower than standard king-sized duvet covers. Making this look cheap, misshapen, and insignificant.

I found this company by tracking down a product code on a hotel pillow I liked. Bought a pair of pillows to try out. They haven't even arrived yet and I've received 5 marketing emails begging me to buy the things I added to my cart "before they sell out". Their regular prices are marked up and perpetually on sale - their pillows are never going out of stock. Don't let them create a panic, there's no urgency to buy!
