I have only just purchased my caravan with Paintseal protection. As a result it is very early to pass judgement on the product but from the information provided and the shine of the paint wok on the caravan it appears the to be a very good product, although time will tell. For that reason I have scored it with a tentative score of 3 stars.

However, we do feel that a 3 star rating is a little unfair, as your review acknowledges that you're impressed with the product so far and that you haven't experienced any issues with either the application or the service you received.
We completely understand that only time will demonstrate the long-term benefits of the protection. If you feel it's too early to fully rate the product, perhaps you would consider updating or leaving a review once you've had the opportunity to experience its performance over time.
Your Paintseal protection is backed by our 5 year guarantee. Should you experience any issues during that period, we will of course honour our guarantee and do everything we can to resolve them promptly.

Not impressed at all by the application…
Not impressed at all by the application of the product, we found masking tape on some of the outside surfaces so these areas did not have the application. On collecting the caravan we found the van has a crack at the front and back outside surfaces which would have been evident by your engineer if he had applied the product correctly. If we keep the caravan we would like paint seal reapplied correctly as feel it has not been applied fully to this caravan. Currently I cannot recommend this service if I could give nil stars I would.

After speaking with you on the telephone and consequently following up with the supplying dealership to discuss this, we have been informed that you visited the caravan on 5 occasions prior to your collection and handover and not 1 of the 100 supposed faults with your caravan were picked up by yourself. Regarding the 2 concerns you had with your review to us :- The Paintseal technician who applied your ceramic coating is very experienced and has worked for our company for over 20 years and if he had spotted any issues with regard to the Paintseal application prior to it being applied this would have been pointed out to the dealership. There was no evidence of masking tape on the van at the time of the application and our technician fully dewaxed the caravan so this would have been removed if any residue had been present at that time. I am suggesting that the dust you have experienced on this area after affixing the number plate, following the Paintseal application, is probably due to the sticky tape applied to affix the number plate. On the subject of the cracks on the exterior panel which you have said were approx 1 cm, these were also not apparent at any of your 5 visits to view or during your purchase process at the dealership, dealership valet process or handover and certainly not when our technician assessed and prepared your caravan for application. We understand that you have now accepted a full refund for the caravan from the dealership. We feel that the review you have given regarding our company is not a fair review and actually a quite misleading account. We have cancelled your guarantee with us as discusssed.

second vehicle
This is our second vehicle that we have had treated at Paintseal. Extremely pleased with the results and care they took with the car. Callum and his colleagues are friendly and very helpful. We booked their courtesy car and explored the nearby country park whilst they worked on the car.

Second time I have used Paintseal…
Second time I have used Paintseal Direct. Brilliant service, our 2017 Coachman looks like its just out of the showroom. Even the guy applying the second coating could not believe the condition. Brilliant product thank you. Wish I could attach a photo.

My motorhome was treated the day before I picked it up, as arranged. I have waited for the weather to change to see if it is any good and I have to say that I am very pleased with the Paintseal Direct product.

Van looks great and bugs just cleaned…
Van looks great and bugs just cleaned off bonnet very easy. Had a few marks on black trim from where they prepped the bodywork but not enough to mark the rating down.

Beautiful finish on the Motorhome

The caravan looks better than ever
