I’m really impressed with this palm. It arrived super fast and was very well packaged, with no damage at all during delivery. The plant itself looks healthy and established, with nice green fronds and a solid little trunk already forming. It actually looks even better than I expected for the size.

I bought this one as a bit of an experiment and I’m already trying to convince my wife that I need another one! It looks like a great quality plant and should make a brilliant feature once it gets bigger.

I’ll be repotting it later today into a better soil mix to help it settle in and grow on. Really happy with the purchase so far and would definitely order again

The Palm Centre is the best place to purchase palm trees. I am always thrilled when my plants arrive. They have consistently over years always sent me the best palms I’ve ever received. They have a great website with good information about the plants and how to care for them. All my plants from them have been extremely healthy, with huge root systems (I repot all my plants into pon). When I’ve had a query they’ve been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Never been disappointed by them like I have with other plant outlets. They are reliable and consistent. The palms are always securely packaged for travel and arrive unblemished. Can’t rate them highly enough. Outstanding plants and outstanding service.

I purchased a Hyophorbe verschaffeltii from The Palm Centre which declined significantly within a relatively short period.

I initially contacted them via their webform but did not receive a response with further delays in communication, including a missed follow-up.

That said, after chasing, the issue was ultimately resolved with a full refund. I appreciate the final outcome, although the communication could have been better.

I bought 2 Aspidistra Elatior. Very happy with the quality. They arrived carefully packed and I was able to recycle all the packaging.

My wife ordered a pot with the palm centre - paid online .
Then to get an email to say delivery would be £40 more .
Their mistake but expect me to pay for their mismanagement- totally unwilling to even split the cost which I offered even though it was their mistake- beware seems like a scam
