The Palm Centre Avaliações

My wife ordered a pot with the palm centre - paid online .
Then to get an email to say delivery would be £40 more .
Their mistake but expect me to pay for their mismanagement- totally unwilling to even split the cost which I offered even though it was their mistake- beware seems like a scam

The plants I ordered from The Palm Centre. as presents for a friend’s garden, were delivered on time - thank you very much! And they appeared to be well packed and very healthy.
Good service and just before Christmas, too!

Healthy plant delivered as expected on time with good communication

Found a dwarf date palm I had been looking out for. Better still the size of the plant for the price was outstanding. The service in dealing with my order and speed of delivery well worth it . Quality of the palm great too.

Fantastic service, clear and much appreciated communications about delivery lead times. Product exceptional, packaged really well. Would highly recommend.

We have ordered plants from the Palm Centre on and off over the years - particularly good for larger specimens, and convenient delivery service

I ordered some Bamboo Plants and when they arrived they were so well packaged and the plants are outstanding.
I would certainly order from this company again .

I was glad the The Palm Centre waited to avoid the plant sitting packaged over the Bank Holiday weekend and wondered how well it would travel and how good the plant itself would be. Well it's a perfect well grown cypress, not pot bound, very healthy, taller than I would have accepted and a lovely plant that I might well have selected had I been shopping personally.
I am very happy!

What a great company. So easy to order product was a good price. You only need a small amount to feed your palms. But since using this palm food my palms are really green and healthy it has made such a difference. I will be buying more when needed

Fantastic service, the tree fern is enormous! And now looks great in our garden. Half the price of local garden centre a twice the size. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered various plants, some of the order could not be fulfilled due to stock issues. The team quickly contacted me and resolved this with a refund and shipped the rest of my order the next day for a Saturday delivery.
Overall really happy with the quality, will be shopping with these guys again!

The plants were in good condition and healthy. The delivery was extremely quick. I have now ordered more plants from The Palm Centre and would definitely recommend buying plants from this company.

It was easy to order from them, and we were kept informed every step of the way of the progress of our delivery. We were very impressed with the good quality of the plants we received, and they were all very well packed. The whole process was excellent from start to finish, and can recommend The Palm Centre.

Beautiful, well-grown plants, well packed I am very pleased with them. They were delivered on time by a pleasant, friendly courier and the tracking was very convenient. Thankyou.

Amazing selection of healthy plants, good prices, free shipping and speedy delivery. Ticks all the boxes. The Palm Centre continues to be my destination of choice for any plants I need to buy.

After being disappointed with plants from a few of the larger companies this year I decided to try the Palm Centre. Glad I did; I am delighted with their plants, communication and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

The website is easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. I ordered a small palm which arrived four days after placing the order, carefully wrapped, sturdy and healthy. The company's communication style inspires confidence. It is clear, informative and free of the exclamation marks and synthetic matiness of the messages sent by many other businesses. I'd happily order again from this firm.

Lovely healthy bamboo plants, delivered within a few days, well watered and packaged. Would definitely buy with them again.

Lovely plant. Arrived in good condition in a strong secure box.
